What is our primary use case?
How has it helped my organization?
TestObject have released new capabilities that have helped us to provide a comprehensive solution to our end customers. Customers do not need to provide upfront investment in mobile devices as these are pretty costly. If they want to validate 300 devices, rather than buying them, they can rent these to complete validation. That is one of the key benefits of using this solution.
What is most valuable?
This solution is very easy to use and this is one of the solutions best features. It has integrated seamlessly with our framework and provides very wide coverage. It offers very comprehensive reporting and allows us to drill down to the various levels of the automation and respective application performance.
What TestObject provides is not available from other service providers. The kind of detailed reporting provided is very good.
What needs improvement?
In a future release, we would like to have the ARML model included.
For how long have I used the solution?
We have been using this solution for five years.
Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?
We used BrowserStack previously and later moved to Sauce Labs as it was more comprehensive. We are signing a partnership with them that will give us access to all the features they offer including those from AutonomIQ.
What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?
TestObject is cost effective, especially from a test automation coverage perspective.
What other advice do I have?
I would rate this solution a ten out of ten.
