Really good in terms of content delivery and network bandwidth optimization
Using Adaptiva is really straightforward. Users need to have some end-user computing and networking knowledge to use the solution. The project or implementation team we worked with had good technical knowledge. I really liked the solution's performance. Adaptiva helped us with network bandwidth optimization and content delivery. Overall, I rate the solution eight and a half out of ten.

Enables management of multiple operating systems with a single license
The best feature is that it's a Microsoft product, so if anything goes wrong, we get quick support for anything required. Remote system functionality allows us to sit anywhere and take control of any device via remote management. We can enhance security for clients' laptops with built-in Microsoft Defender, which is available with the Microsoft Intune license. We use it for reporting purposes through endpoint analytics. When pushing scripting, there are two types available: remediation script and reservation script. Through endpoint analytics, you can push defender policies to clients. It helps with reporting, inventory updates, and monitoring tenant status health.

Quotes from Members

We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use. Here are some excerpts of what they said:

Pros

"Adaptiva is really good in terms of content delivery and network bandwidth optimization."
"The solution’s most valuable feature is its ease of use."
"There are no complaints about the stability. It works one hundred percent of the time."
"The solution is scalable, and we currently have tens of thousands of users within our organization using the solution."
"From a solution perspective, I always recommend that you go for it."
"Autopilot is a feature I really like."
"Intune reduces the load on our on-prem Active Directory by having everything go to one Intune panel, so we can configure group policies, deploy applications, and manage devices, and it has really improved our operations."
"We have ROI because we are retiring AirWatch, so we're spending less and making the most of the free stuff."
"It works pretty well for us."

Cons

"It would be good if Adaptiva had everything on the cloud rather than having one server on-premises."
"There have been instances where enrolling devices should take 10 minutes but ends up taking an hour due to various issues."
"I think there should be a better tracking of the cell phones used on the Intune."
"The interface is not as modern as some competitors in terms of single pane of glass visibility across the entire landscape. It has a very Azure vibe and may not be as graphically appealing as other products."
"Each feature has a separate license, making logistics and cost management difficult if not strategically bundled together."
"Regarding mobile devices, Intune is good, but there are other services that I would say are ahead of Intune from an administration and reporting point of view."
"Deploying an app can be a complex process due to dependencies."
"The synchronization of devices takes a significant amount of time, between 15 minutes and two hours. Microsoft should work on reducing this sync time to improve efficiency."
"The security features should be improved."

"While I don't have access to high-level financial information, I believe we have achieved lower costs with this implementation."
