Continuously improving and comes with automated response and SIEM/SOC
This is the third company I've worked with, and I've brought them in as a provider. For me, it's as good as it gets. Nobody likes to talk about tens, but they have a better record of detection than CrowdStrike, and they didn't shut down the world like CrowdStrike. If you really dig down into it, who are the founders of the companies? On the one hand, you have a guy who used to be a consultant, I believe, and we know they're full of it. On the other hand, you got a guy who hacked into an Israeli bank, I think, when he was about 15 years old. They eventually hired him, and now this is his third startup. So, when you look at it that way, there's no comparison.

Pros

"The visibility it gives is excellent."
"The product is very easy to use. Customers really appreciate that."
"The feature that I have found most valuable is that the configuration and the usage of the product are not so complicated. For people responsible for using this infrastructure for the first line of workstation monitoring, it's quite easy to use."
"I have found the continued support and pretty much all the features to be valuable. They all stand out as being positive. It continues to detect unusual activity when it's supposed to, and so far we haven't had any issues."
"The dashboard is beautiful, overall easy of use, and the UBA and NBA features are valued."
"A good feature is how the solution packages varied information into a single dashboard that's readable and meets our needs."
"It's transparent, so it's not something where every user has to press a button to download or do the thing. It is centralized, in fact. Personally, I use Malwarebytes and other tools, which are fine for home use. Cynet is also relatively silent in terms of operation, except when it's required to act."
"We are protecting all our workstations."
"We can scale the solution."
"The most valuable feature is Endpoint's management."
"The product is very easy to use."
"Kaspersky Endpoint Detection and Response is a stable solution."
"I like the tool’s response to malware and trojans."
"The solution provides high-end security that is critical for financial institutions and bankers."
"The most valuable feature of Kaspersky EDR is its simplicity. The console is easy to use and not very complex."
"Has some great features not available elsewhere."

Cons

"There is room for improvement in terms of support. The support should be faster to respond."
"The inability to add contact information inside the Cynet is also an issue because it makes things more complicated. I would like to have a simple feature to enter a contact name and number for the person taking care of that unit or that server."
"The command line interface could be improved."
"There are some shortcomings in Cynet's integration capabilities that need improvement."
"Automation could be improved, and orchestration could be added to the features."
"The solution lacks URL filtering."
"Increased application for SOAR abilities across interconnected devices would be a welcome improvement."
"Their deployment needs some work, especially with integration with remote monitoring management systems like Datto AutoTask or ConnectWise Automate."
"My opinion is that behavior detection could work better. This feature gets a high rate of false positives."
"The solution lacks DLP."
"An area for improvement in Kaspersky Endpoint Detection and Response is its technical support because currently, technical support is delayed."
"The prices can go down a little bit."
"They should include XDR features in the solution."
"It consumes many system resources."
"Kaspersky Endpoint Detection and Response is very heavy on the system resources. It uses a lot of memory and the system can become slow."
"Kaspersky Endpoint Detection and Response could improve some issues and add new security files."
