Very cost-effective and provides secure access to environments
It is difficult to integrate the product with other IT systems. We must contact professional service support. We do not have any control over it since it is a SaaS solution. We must go through Delinea’s PS team for all the integrations. We provide the requirements, the thought process, and the ideology of the workflow. However, it can be executed only by the PS team because we don't have any control or access to the application. As a SaaS consumer, I cannot do any custom scripting into the application. The PS team does all the customizations we require. The solution must improve the technical support.
Prasanthraj PN - PeerSpot reviewer
An easy-to-deploy and affordable tool for access control monitoring
If I consider that most of the users are getting connected from a remote level and take into consideration that industries prefer to go for SaaS-based solutions and multi-factor authentication, I don't see any features associated with multi-factor authentication in ManageEngine PAM360. If ManageEngine PAM360 can introduce multi-factor authentication, then it would be great from a security aspect.
