Very cost-effective and provides secure access to environments
It is difficult to integrate the product with other IT systems. We must contact professional service support. We do not have any control over it since it is a SaaS solution. We must go through Delinea’s PS team for all the integrations. We provide the requirements, the thought process, and the ideology of the workflow. However, it can be executed only by the PS team because we don't have any control or access to the application. As a SaaS consumer, I cannot do any custom scripting into the application. The PS team does all the customizations we require. The solution must improve the technical support.
Quach Van Lam - PeerSpot reviewer
Flexible, easy to customize, and not too difficult to set up
The initial setup isn't so difficult. The product can be flexible in the build. You can easily customize the workflows. We can set everything up on the cloud, which makes things very easy. It can easily adapt to the PoC requirement and the set requirements on the app's online version.
