Prompt tech support; good pricing
Before we started using SignNow, we used to send enrollment agreements to our customers via email, manually asking them to sign those agreements. It was troublesome for them to print the agreements out, sign them, scan them, and then send them back. That was causing a lot of issues when it comes to getting the agreement before the actual contract starts. The reminder feature is also very important. When we send them this agreement electronically, it looks nice to the customer. Before we had this solution, we had about 30% of customers that didn't sign agreements. Now that we have SignNow, that number has dropped to less than five percent.

A solution that is fairly easy to use owing to its good UI and support provided to its users
The solution is fairly easy to use since there are no complexities. Also, it has a good user interface, and even its support is good. For any documents, I just need to log in to Zoho to see some of the items I want. So, the way it maintains track of the history of documents, for instance, last year, if I had signed on ten documents and this year I had signed on three or four documents, are all made available to me. Hence, I don't need to worry about what I did about a year ago since I can go back and look at it on Zoho.

Quotes from Members

We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use. Here are some excerpts of what they said:

Pros

"Before we had this solution, we had about 30% of customers that didn't sign agreements. Now that we have SignNow, that number has dropped to less than five percent."
"It was easy to send it around to only the relevant parties."
"I like that it works well for my company. I will not be switching to another solution. I don't have any complaints."
"I like that there is a hierarchy in sending the documentation."
"The most valuable features of Zoho Sign are its integration and invoice facilities."
"It is a scalable solution."
"It works very well, and its pricing is also good."
"The solution is fairly easy to use since there are no complexities. Also, it has a good user interface, and even its support is good."

Cons

"In the next release, I would like more protection. Security is of the highest importance for our company."
"I'm not sure if this option was available; however, after having the form signed, I had to send it to a third party that would take the form and deals with it. There wasn't an option to have the forms, once signed, to a third party."
"The area I think this solution can improve is user features."
"The solution limits the number of contracts one can sign."
"They send the contract out with default templates, and we need to be able to adjust the templates as we would like."
"Zoho Sign has to be made more user friendly."
"Because not everyone uses it, it's difficult to get it adopted. When you send someone something and it's a DocuSign, they go, "Okay, this is legit." When you use any of the other ones, people are like, "Oh! What is this?" I don't know if that's a branding issue or something else."
"I think that it would be a good improvement if one could chat with Zoho or DocuSign...In short, the tool cannot currently let me communicate or talk with it via chat."
