Day-to-day, we use it to support the user, also to support the sales user in the field. We use services that Microsoft provides in such a package.

Using Microsoft 365 Business since 2018, we continued the contract due to its benefits. Communication has improved due to features like Microsoft Teams. It allows normal users to develop simple applications with the automation it provides. It manages well and offers good security.

We use Microsoft 365 Business Premium, which includes Windows, Office applications, Teams for collaboration, and Microsoft Intune for mobile device management and standardization of endpoints. 

Additionally, we are planning to implement integration between voice and Teams, using a voice over IP solution, and document tagging for security and data loss prevention.

The subscription model of Microsoft 365 Business is beneficial since it provides continuous updates, including functional updates and transformations of the product. This contrasts with older perpetual licenses that rarely received updates. 

The overall suite is very complete, and being tied to a vendor that improves week by week is of great value. Implemented features like sharing calendars and access to emails on multiple devices enhance basic functionalities that were previously lacking.

I primarily use Microsoft 365 for tidying up data and similar tasks. I mainly use it for Excel, and although I use Office 365, it is in a limited manner.

I use Excel as part of Microsoft 365 primarily for tidying up data. It sometimes proves to be easier than using other tools, and it could be any spreadsheet at all since I'm not using any of Microsoft's exclusive features.

From an Office 365 perspective, I would say that Teams and SharePoint and Planner are the most used. What Office 365 offers as a package is what is being at this moment used in the organization for us to work. At this moment, we are not so physically in the office. The majority of us are working remotely and across countries, across regions. The way for us to collaborate together and work together was by using more and more of Office 365 components.

Previously, you had the inconvenience that if you sent an Excel file to someone, you could not work together on the same file, and now you can. With the components that we have available, several people can be working on the same document, at the same time, doing the changes, doing the updates that they need to do. It makes the collaboration and the work more efficient.

We can touch base with our clients and we can touch base internally with our solutions without impacting the work or suffering from a lower speed. The performance and the efficiency of our planning and roadmap are extremely good.

The solution can scale up or down easily to meet the needs of any organization.

The solution is stable.

The initial setup is pretty straightforward.

Technical support is quite helpful and responsive.

I use Microsoft 365 Business in my company mainly for email addresses and for the packages associated with Microsoft Office.

The most valuable features of the solution stem from the email addresses that my company's teams can use. The packages provided in the solution enable my company's team members to carry out their daily tasks.
