For security reasons, I prefer MongoDB Atlas. It supports role-based access control, so you have an entity for each individual.
MongoDB Atlas offers ease in deploying and managing databases with high availability, efficient scalability, and automated backup features. Particularly beneficial for IoT applications, it supports dynamic structures and role-based access control. Collaboration with AWS enhances scalability, though improvements are needed in indexing, import/export processes, pricing, application layer experience in APAC, US, UK, and technical support. MongoDB Atlas faces challenges, particularly with indexing inefficiencies and pricing concerns.
