Okta Platform is highly scalable, supporting multi-cloud and hybrid architecture. Workforce Identity enhances security with SSO, MFA, and VMware Workspace One integration. Customer Identity offers affordability with identity governance and lifecycle management. However, high pricing and integration complexities with Active Directory challenge users, particularly smaller organizations. On-premises and hybrid deployment flexibility is limited, requiring better support response times. Enhanced API integrations and provisioning could improve the comprehensive offering of Okta.
