Customers appreciate its stability and management across multiple systems with web-based access. However, it has poor stability, command-line limitations, and requires advanced scripting skills. Despite effective technical support, improvements are needed in security, deduplication, and data management. Competitors like Veeam and Commvault are favored for VMware and feature set comprehensiveness.
