The scalability is commensurate with what we are willing to pay for.
How are customer service and support?
We have not had experience with technical support. As we are in Indonesia, the fact that our application must follow the operating system can be problematic.
What about the implementation team?
We have an IT team which handles installation. I take care of the business aspects when it comes to customer relations.
I do not recall how long installation took.

We feel Windows Server to be very powerful and are not aware of solutions which can act as its replacement.

I have been using the solution for approximately 20 years.

The solution is stable. However, you can receive a lot of cyberattacks. We need to invest more in security when we are using Windows. It tends to be the target of attacks and hacks compared to other operating systems, such as Linux.

We have approximately 400 users using the solution in my organization.

We used Ubuntu Linux previously.
How was the initial setup?
The installation of the solution is easy. The time depends on what you are going to configure on the server. The install itself can be done in approximately 10 minutes.

I would recommend this solution. However, I would advise investing in more security measures. We plan to continue using the solution in the future.

What needs improvement?
The license model needs improvement. It would be better if the license had a longer lifetime.
This may be a feature that is already in place, but I like to see a monitoring feature for the desktop.
