Zoho Mail Reviews

All of our staff uses Zoho Mail as their mail client. 

We face some challenges in our current architecture with the introduction of data privacy regulations. When you are sending a calendar invite to a group of people for a meeting or an event, there is no structure for privacy. You can't hide all the contacts. Maybe that feature exists, but I don't know where it is. 

I have used Zoho Mail for about eight years.

I rate Zoho Mail seven out of 10. It's highly stable.

Zoho Mail is a cloud-based solution, so it's easy to set up if you have a little technical experience. 

Zoho Mail is somewhat expensive. It could be priced cheaper for startups. 

I rate Zoho Mail seven out of 10. Zoho gives you a set amount of free users, so you can use it until you reach the limit and see if it's something you want to adopt. I tried it and stuck with it. Since then, I've seen a lot of improvement. I already think it's top-notch, but I believe it will become one of the best in the world. 

We use the solution for email purposes and for internal email. Google Cloud can be very expensive, for example, if you use Gmail. With Zoho Mail, you get the same functionality at less cost.

The solution helps save organizations money. 

The notifications, scheduling, and meetings are all integrated. 

You can access everything with just a few clicks. You have mobile access to your mail. 

The solution is stable.

It is scalable. 

The solution doesn't need to be improved. It's not missing any features. 

I'd rate stability ten out of ten. The solution is very stable and reliable. There are no bugs or glitches. It does not crash or freeze. 

The solution is scalable. I'd rate scalability nine out of ten. 

I'm also familiar with Gmail. It is much more expensive when you compare it to Zoho Mail. 

The pricing of the product is extremely reasonable. If you have ten users, for Google, you'll pay $100. With Zoho Mail, you'll only pay $30 to $40. It's a smarter investment.

The collaboration, email groups, and task management are great.

I'd rate the solution nine out of ten overall. It's quite a valuable product. 

We use Zoho Mail for sales. 

The solution has more security compared to other products.  Zoho Mail comes with TLS and SSL. It has email-sharing features. It is an advanced product. 

Zoho Mail needs to add an IT system management feature.

The product's deployment is easy. You need to create an account to use it.
