Do you have any recommendation for design & architecture principles when building apps on Appian ?

Hi peers,

I am a Principal Enterprise Architect at a large financial services firm.

In my organization, we use business workflow automation in multiple cases. Appian is our tool of choice, but we have many apps on it.

Can you please provide some guidelines for developers & designers to consider when looking at apps on Appian with/without - UI, DB, and external/internal system integrations?
