Hi community members,
I did some quick research on major RPA tools and found out that none of them is currently providing options such as: "Export the bot as executable/.exe" and "Export the bot as a code".
Apart from the fact that these features will not be profitable for the RPA tool vendors, are clients who have purchased heavy licenses from these vendors not requesting these features?
I really wish to see these features in the future. Please pour in your thoughts whether these features will be useful or not?
P.S.: When I say "Export the bot" - The exported bot should have the ability to run the flow without the dependency of the originated RPA tools.
What are your thoughts? Is it gonna happen?
Thanks.
Hi Sangeeth,
You're welcome to visit www.argos-labs.com - this Digital Worker platform supports the .exe output of the bots.
It is simply a low-code layer on top of Python. It is very much open. It is just like you build your RPA solution yourself.
Most of the building-blocks (except for those Windows local C# ones) are written in Python and source code is published.
@Shige Sato I have already heard about argos-labs STU but never knew it has features to export bots. Thank you for sharing!
Hi @Nilesh Pawar @Celestine @Biswajit Mohanty @Ram Chenna @Venkateswarlu Paturu ,
Can you please suggest @Sangeeth Kannan R on the feasibility of having the feature of "Exporting the bot as executable" and "Exporting the bot as a code"?
