It's a simple tool to use, so it's basically personal preference. It's mainly useful for the automation of straightforward products. I would rate the solution a seven out of ten.
We rely on Power BI for reporting. I rate the overall product a seven out of ten. It is good for automating repetitive or rule-based tasks, making it a great fit for many solutions. However, there is room for improvement when it comes to handling complex processes with multiple structured data formats.

I rate EdgeVerve AssistEdge six out of 10. My only advice is to do your research and think about how you plan to use the tool long term. If you want to scale up, pick a tool that can be scaled. You might want to pick a tool that's more configurable rather than a solution that's hard-coded. A large company will require some changes to all those subsystems every day. When you hard code something, you are setting yourself up to feel that in the long run. You will be constantly chasing your tail with tech debt and trying to update things instead of implementing new automations. We implemented our first set of automations with the rollout and felt like we were constantly playing catch-up to change automations we had already built to work with our systems that were also changing instead of implementing new automations.

I would recommend doing a proof of concept and comparing this product to other mainstream products, like UIPath or Automation Anywhere, or another similar solution. I think it's worth doing a comparison of at least one other product for a particular use case before making a decision. I rate this solution a seven out of 10.
What is RPA? Robotic process automation (RPA) is a software technology that enables enterprises to build, deploy, and manage a virtual workforce made up of software robots (“bots”) that emulate the actions of humans in interactions with software and digital systems.
