Price-wise, Bitdefender GravityZone EDR is a bit expensive in the Philippines. In the Philippines, users usually want products at a lower price, including cybersecurity products and all the products that are available in the market.
I rate the product's price a four on a scale of one to ten, where one is low, and ten is high. Bitdefender GravityZone EDR is a competitively priced product.
I have very good pricing for the solution, which is one of the reasons why I am not switching to other products. I rate the tool's pricing a two out of ten.

There are some differences. It's more cost-effective, yet it provides the same functionalities as Defender. That's why I've been exploring the comparisons. We pay for it annually, and it's a per-seat payment.

Price-wise, Bitdefender GravityZone Ultra is actually below market value in comparison to some of its other competitors, such as SentinelOne. If you look at the solution's price point, it's actually low market value, especially in comparison to other ones.
The solution is affordable. There are different versions of the solution, such as Ultra and Elite. The separate versions come with different functionality and modules. I rate the price of Bitdefender GravityZone Ultra a seven out of ten.
The pricing is competitive. I offer it in two forms. I either sell it as an annual license, which is fine if consumers want it that way, or as a managed service. I can purchase a Bitdefender license as a managed service, which allows me to take responsibility for monitoring and maintaining it on behalf of my clients. They have both models at their disposal. They have a choice in terms of licensing fees. They can purchase it as a managed service on a monthly subscription basis, or they can purchase an annual or three-year contract, as I do. It makes sense. When you sign a three-year contract, the price drops, and it doesn't make sense to replace an end-point solution every 12 months. It's a great deal if you buy it through me.

We pay an annual license. GravityZone is about average in terms of affordability. Other solutions are cheaper than GravityZone. However, I think it's a good value for the price.

Compared to Symantec, which we were using before we switched to Bitdefender, Bitdefender was cheaper. The pricing is reasonable. Everything is included in the price and we do not have any additional costs.

Bitdefender GravityZone Ultra is less expensive than other solutions, such as CrowdStrike. We had a really good deal because it was their year-end and they were trying to do a lot of sales that week. We bought a three-year contract from them and the cost was approximately $17 per endpoint, per year. It is was a very good price. I have spoken to other people who have purchased CrowdStrike at approximately $60 per endpoint, per year. I have no complaints about the price of this solution.
Although I can't speak to exact costs, in our experience, not only is it much more effective, it also never costs more, and sometimes costs less than competitors.
Everything is included in the licensing, unless you want to add additional solutions such as Full Disk encryption. It's an additional plugin that can be managed from the same console. We are the only company in South Africa able to provide Bitdefender on a monthly billing basis. With any other company, you'd have to buy it annually. About 50% of our customers are annual, 50% of them are monthly. It means that as your staff increases or your staff decreases, your bill will increase or decrease on a monthly basis.
There are different packages available that vary in terms of licensing fees. The entry license is called Business Security, which has basic endpoint features like anti-malware, firewall, and device control. The next level is called Advanced Security, which protects email and virtualized environments. The third level is called Elite, which has more advanced security features. It is a unique engine to deal with attacks on files or memory. It also has a sandbox, which allows you to collect feedback about any application you are running. The fourth level is called Ultra, which is an EDR solution.

The license is very flexible. You can choose from monthly, yearly, or three years. The license is very simple. It's not a file that has to upload to the product. It's just a serial number, like a product key, that you put on the cloud console, and that's it. Every endpoint you install will be synchronized with that license.

The licensing cost is on a monthly basis when you're doing the MSP model. MSP is a managed security service model. If you're doing the regular one year license, the licensing is based on what we call, a licensing band, so you get the minimum. The minimum is a three-user license. The pricing depends on the nature of the customer's environment, the number of users, and the infrastructure the customer has. For example, if you have Microsoft Exchange in your environment and you want to protect it then you have to take a different option because you have the options of GravityZone business, you have the GravityZone Advance then you have the GravityZone Enterprise. It depends on the function of your infrastructure. Once we are able to know the infrastructure a customer has then we'll be able to come up with the right option. There are additional costs apart from the initial licensing fee. The additional costs will come from things like the local support of the partner. If you're looking for on-site support then that would be an additional cost. They offer free offsite support, like telephonic and email support.

A good thing about Bitdefender is its price. It has a suitable price for every company and organization. I evaluated a lot of antivirus solutions, but some of them were so expensive. The most suitable one was Bitdefender.
Bitdefender GravityZone Ultra is an endpoint security solution that offers protection against even the most elusive cyber threats. The solution provides a full range of security capabilities, including threat detection, pre- and post- compromise visibility, alert triage, automatic response, advanced search, investigation, and more. It is designed with a single agent/single consoler architecture, is cloud-native, and also supports on-premises deployments.

We bought 4,000 licenses for three years and received a 21% discount compared to our basic offering, which is about 100,000 Euro.
Someone else handles the licensing. I can’t speak to the exact pricing.
The pricing is expensive. I'd rate t a three out of five in terms of availability. However, some products have fewer features. The cost is negotiable.

Each endpoint device we purchased came with its own license. Our subscription is yearly.
