Pricing is a major challenge, especially for Africa. Bitdefender offers a top solution with competitive pricing, essential when making payment decisions. The setup is straightforward, and there's no need to worry about infrastructure, as the solution has proven stable and reliable. The user onboarding process is also simple. However, we're experiencing some difficulties with deploying the MSI package. I'll start with pricing and then move on to response time and effectiveness. Bitdefender GravityZone EDR excels at quickly applying updates and patches, which helps protect against vulnerabilities without delay. When a new patch is released, it's applied automatically, keeping your security up to date without requiring manual intervention. The cloud-based nature of the solution ensures that as long as your endpoints are connected to the Internet, they stay protected and up to date with the latest security policies. Bitdefender GravityZone EDR stands out significantly. From my experience with earlier solutions, the setup and usage of this product are much more user-friendly. While other products are available, what sets GravityZone apart is its competitive pricing, even when fluctuations in currency exchange rates occur. Despite some recent pricing adjustments due to exchange rates, the core functionality and value of the product have remained consistent. Additionally, its ability to manage threats, like backdoor mitigation, is robust. I appreciate their approach to maintaining quality while adapting to market changes. Overall, I rate the solution an eight out of ten.

Since implementing GravityZone EDR, we have noticed improved visibility into endpoint health, detailed metadata collection, and better enforcement of security policies. I recommend Bitdefender GravityZone EDR to others due to its portability across operating systems and ability to standardize policy enforcement regardless of the OS. I rate it a seven out of ten.
Our company has a department that looks after the security requirements. Organizations must look at their requirements and select a product that meets their needs. The investment and support is big. Overall, I rate the solution an eight out of ten.

Though I haven't used the solution to its maximum capacity, I can say that the product offers a good set of features. I rate the overall tool a nine out of ten.
The user or the admin of Bitdefender GravityZone EDR should always be in touch with the technologies because you don't know when some incidents occur, and you may fail to recognize them. With Bitdefender GravityZone EDR, you have to always keep a watch over it as it is an EDR solution through the security operations center since EDR tools are more for detection than prevention. Based on the availability of the product in my region, I rate the overall product an eight out of ten.

The solution is sufficient if you only need to safeguard your endpoints. It's suitable for that. I would certainly suggest this product to others. Overall, I would rate this solution a 10 out of 10.
I am using the latest version of Bitdefender GravityZone EDR. We compared Bitdefender GravityZone EDR against more expensive systems, and it proved to be better. We did not base our decision just on price. We based it on a number of criteria like performance, manageability, and flexibility in the way it can be deployed. Users can take full advantage of the test setup in a small environment. They should get to know the product before dismissing it, and they should compare it to other systems. Everything you get from the solution is superb. Overall, I rate Bitdefender GravityZone EDR a nine out of ten.
The maintenance mainly involves reviewing logs and notifications generated by the GravityZone console. This includes checking for issues such as viruses or suspicious activity. Depending on the organization's changes, some configuration settings may need to be adjusted. While it's not a difficult task, it does require some time to maintain the system properly. If you have approximately 300 to 400 endpoints the maintenance can be done by one person. The company offers excellent training for partners and clients, which makes it much easier to deploy the solution. The initial training on the solution is crucial. I rate Bitdefender GravityZone Ultra a nine out of ten.
We're customers and end-users. We are using the normal version, not plus. While anyone can use the solution, users should first go with their use cases. You have to see if the software is applicable to your environment or not. You have to know how you are going to protect your endpoints from the outside. I'd rate the solution eight out of ten. It's good for protection and has good features.

I rate this solution a nine out of ten. I would recommend it to others, who will find it useful depending on their environment or needs. We selected Bitdefender GravityZone Ultra from other antivirus solutions since we have a complex environment and requirements. It is a good product. Maintenance is on cloud, but we have to perform maintenance operations related to the profile that we deploy on different computers and environments in the university. For example, if we have a legacy machine or other servers, we have to create a specific profile for them. We have one employee that works on the maintenance.
I'm just also getting acquainted with it as this is a new deployment. I don't work with it directly myself. However, it is used in my company. I’m an end-user. This solution is so new that it’s hard for me to recommend it just yet. Once I settle with it, then I'd be in a position to offer more insights into how it works. I’d rate the solution a seven out of ten.
I'm a distributor. Every time there's an update, we present it to all our partners and to our clients. We tend to work with the latest version. I'd advise anyone to try the product. Try a demo and see how it works and how it might work for your organization. It's quite a good solution. I'd rate the product eight out of ten.

I have recently changed from Bitdefender GravityZone Ultra to Check Point Harmony because my IT security partner recommended it. Bitdefender GravityZone Ultra is a good solution, but it's not the best. The Check Point Harmony solution is cheaper, and the firewall is safer. I am satisfied with the overall updates that are introduced and they continue to do so on their central panel, especially on the reporting side. My hope is that they continue with this trend. The solution is cloud-based. If I'm doing a cumulative account of all the business entities within our group, I would say that there are 5,000 people making use of the solution. I consider Bitdefender GravityZone Ultra to be one of the best integrator solutions. We have never faced challenges when it comes to support. We are talking about a very good solution which works for both small and large enterprises. This is an antivirus solution which truly invested in centralized management, something which allows one to centrally manage his policies and do monitoring irrespective of where the endpoint devices are located. We have been interacting with different resellers in disparate entities, something which is influenced by the time one buys and the geographical location and which is done to avoid tax issues both here and there. I believe this is something we will look to consolidate in the near future. I rate Bitdefender GravityZone Ultra as a nine out of ten.

For those wanting to implement this solution, I would advise them it is worth it and to test it out. I rate Bitdefender GravityZone Ultra a nine out of ten.
The solution has both cloud-based and on-premises options. As our company is not very large, we go with the cloud-based option. But, we propose to our customers the on-premises one as per their request. We have three customers who are using the solution at present. A systems administrator and engineer handle the deployment and maintenance. I would recommend this solution to others who are considering its implementation. I rate Bitdefender GravityZone Ultra as a nine out of ten.
Overall, this is a very good solution and if the training were easier to get, then I would give it a perfect score. It is one of the best and well-featured solutions at the moment, and I recommend it. I would rate this solution a nine out of ten.
The solution is targeted for the consumer community, however, I've seen it deployed a lot this year from all the work from home attorneys and paralegals and such. I would advise those seriously considering the solution to go for the three-year contract as it'll save you money. If you're changing protection more often than every three years, then you're not really paying attention. I would rate the solution ten out of ten. We have problems with Word, we have problems with Google, we have problems with Google Drive, we have some problems with the Box API, we have lots of problems with all IFTTT. However, we never really have problems with GravityZone.
At the end of the day, it's important to choose a solid product and GravityZone's done that. Once you pass the hurdle of selecting the proper product, it's important to select the right partner who's going to be implementing, and can support you. You can buy a solution online but you get zero support. Buy locally, choose the right partner you know is going to look after you. Don't go to some computer shop in the mall, and go and buy the antivirus, because you're not going to get the support that you require. If it costs 5% more, it's worth it. I would rate this solution a 10 out of 10.
My advice for anybody who is considering or implementing this product is to visit our YouTube channel to look for helpful videos on it to see how to preform and easy and fast POC. I would rate this solution a nine out of ten.

My advice would be to do it. For the most part, I've been happy. I would definitely recommend it. I don't know if the software has the infrastructure for it, but in the next release, I would like for them to add some AI and some more predictive capabilities. It'll run more on a real-time basis instead of near real-time. I think that would work for me. I think it would be great. I would rate Bitdefender a nine out of ten.

We use Bitdefender cloud. So basically everything is cloud-based. All the protection is based on agents installed in servers and workstations. In terms of mobile protection, I see that it has good features. You can install the mobile protection on on-premise servers like VMware or Hyper-V, and it works fine. It's very friendly. I do see the graphics on the mobile endpoint are a little bit old and I think they should improve that. Also, it would be great if in the future they included a feature for anti-theft so they can clean the device and wipe it out if it gets stolen. I think it might have that feature because we are testing the new mobile solution that has the remote wipe, and the lock with the password feature. But the classic interface from the app should be improved, it's a little bit old. Another feature I would like to improve is on the laptops. When a laptop is lost or stolen, it would be great if they included the anti-theft there as well. Because in the personal product, it's already implemented, but for business, it's not. That would be great. On a scale of one to ten, I would rate Bitdefender GravityZone a nine.

This is a good solution and there isn't anything to be worried about. The only thing that I would probably test is your internal applications. We don't rely on this, but rather, we rely on the cloud applications that are widely known. Sometimes there are issues. If you use standard, widely known applications, it shouldn't be a problem. Some of the things that we are looking at but not sure how far along they are with releasing are geo-tracking, remote wipe, and encryption management. I would rate this solution a nine out of ten.

I do wish the two solutions I picked up had the same way of working, but that's not the case. So, it's a compromise. I really like it; I really had a good time with the professional who pushed Bitdefender with me. He had a good experience. I don't know if I had the strength to set up everything. I needed to pre-offer the application, and I've tried Cryptids, pre-boot encryption on the drive, and BitCourse, which is Bitdefender's. If you want to have a pre-boot, the password has to be set up using a keyed map, which is crazy, because nobody uses keyed maps. That's just a corporate failure and it's not acceptable when you see how much it costs. The panels have also been able to bypass the security shell. Unfortunately, the solution wasn't designed to be used in France. So I think it should be restricted to the American market. For those setting up the solution, I would say get used to using core tying cable. It's much easier to deploy with the network, there's much more ease. I claim can do that for you, the HTTP management. But the way it was designed, it's not just designed for us. Using BitDoctor for encryption isn't smart, because we're using Windows 7 Pro, and we can't use Bitcalc elements on Windows 7 Pro because it has to be committed Enterprise. There's no way we're going to buy it from SR Live Central just to get the disk encryption. And this is the whole point: you might as well get your own encryption engine and then just use that solution. Because with BitDoctor, you can encrypt the disk if you do a run dump, and then in the run dump you get the TPA chip and you can decrypt the disk. If I was an American, I'd give the solution an 8 out of 10. As a European, I rate the solution 6 out of 10.

My advice to somebody considering this solution would be to one, make sure that you get the exact model of the product you're looking for based on your environment. Two, you must ensure that you meet the minimum requirements because for Bitdefender if you don't meet the minimum requirements, it will not install. It will not install and if it does not install you will never know where the problem is coming from. I would rate Bitdefender a ten out of ten.

Don't spend too much time searching. You'll find it easy to deploy this solution. Just download and try the trial version. In terms of maintaining the solution, it requires two people, a network administrator and a backup network administrator. At the moment we don't have any plans to increase usage, but in the future we will have more endpoints.
Bitdefender GravityZone Ultra is an endpoint security solution that offers protection against even the most elusive cyber threats. The solution provides a full range of security capabilities, including threat detection, pre- and post- compromise visibility, alert triage, automatic response, advanced search, investigation, and more. It is designed with a single agent/single consoler architecture, is cloud-native, and also supports on-premises deployments.
