We had an issue with pricing initially and had to cancel some of the features of the projects to fit the budget. I would like to see pricing that is not broken up into parts so that we can buy the whole package once. Darktrace is more expensive than an average solution, but it's functionality won't match that of an average solution.

@Jan Christiaan When you say "it's functionality won't match that of an average solution" do you mean that what Darktrace offers is less than an average solution or better than an average solution?

I believe that pricing is fair for what the platform offers.
We replaced Vectra Cognito Detect with DarkTrace although DarkTrace was more expensive than Vectra.
DarkTrace offered better network visibility and made detections in the environment during the POV that Vectra missed.
Vectra did have an additional platform (Vectra Cognito Recall) that could be purchased to increase network visibility but the cost of Vectra Detect and Recall actually came in about 40K more than DarkTrace's pricing.
This company offers now antigena email for O365, securitizing operations for administrators and VIP. This solution permits us to control where and when the credentials of these important people are used throughout the world, Bahamas beaches, or regular head office. This could give an indication of who uses the account.
This product is still more relevant with a Team approach of authorizing 5 laptops, 5 smartphones, and 5 tablets.
The price for a 3 years subscription is affordable, about 10000 euros per year for 100 users, that means 100 euros per user to compare with equivalent Microsoft Products
The solution is a little bit expensive for customers in Africa. They're not so accustomed to paying for solutions that are so costly. It's been really tricky to sell and make a margin off of the sale as a reseller. In terms of the exact cost, it depends on the features. It also depends on the size of the customer. In the ballpark, we're talking about $30K, $50K, and up. It can even be as much as $50K or $100K. You could have a customer that's paying $50K over three years. Then, as a reseller, you have an extra margin that you have to add.

The pricing is okay. I'd rate it seven out of ten in terms of affordability. You have different modules which you have to pay for. If you want to expand functionality, it ends up costing more.

Prior to negotiating, Darktrace offered their appliance and service for $80,000 per year. I suggest negotiating either at the end of their fiscal year or at the end of every quarter. At the end of the quarter, they have an incentive to lower the prices to sell as many units as possible in order to meet their end-of-quarter quota.

I think it's mostly the licensing on the network monitoring piece that I don't like. All of the other modules, such as the licensing modules, are on par. It's one for one.
The pricing is based on utilization i.e. the number of IP addresses you use. The bigger a network you have the more you will pay.
Darktrace needs to revisit the pricing in order to differentiate pricing for small businesses and bigger companies. The pricing is expected to decrease though, with the assumption that more companies will join the Darktrace bandwagon.

The price of the solution is not cheap. It is not a one-time purchase, there is a subscription that needs to be paid every one to five years depending on your choice. It is expensive but you can reduce the price by only using the services that you want. There is some flexibility, for example, if you only want to have email inspections, network inspections, endpoint inspections, or brief analytics of the reports and controls over your infrastructure, can reduce the prices accordingly. Not choosing all the features can reduce the price. When comparing this solution to competitors in the market it is expensive. However, you are paying for a valuable solution with plenty of features. Their artificial and cyber intelligence is working extremely well. I am a consultant and work with a variety of solutions by myself, attend training, and understand people who are working with these solutions. I need to know the advantage, disadvantages, weaknesses, and what makes the solution better than the others. Darktrace proves at some point that the value of money you are paying for the solution is reasonable for the advanced technology you are receiving as it covers many solutions that can cost much much more than darktrace where as i you bought Darktrace you reducing all the complexity to one simple solution.
We typically do yearly or three-year licensing, however, I can't speak to the exact costs or arrangements. It's not too expensive. The price is good for what it offers.

We are still currently in the test period. Within the year, we will have to invest in the cost of licensing. We have not done that yet. The solution itself is quite expensive.
The pricing is very flexible for Darktrace. Sometimes, a customer does not have the appropriate budget, but Darktrace can handle that. They offer monthly payments, so the customer can acquire the solution very easily.
Our customers feel that the price of Darktrace is quite high compared to other solutions. However, I feel that they are one of the top solutions in this space and they want to be paid for that.
I am not so satisfied with the pricing model for Darktrace. The price is a little bit high compared to other solutions. The pricing model should be more flexible.
We are doing a monthly cost-basis. It's about 500,000 NKR because we are the first to implement it in Sri Lanka. We worked out direct pricing from Darktrace UK. After that, we selected a vendor in Sri Lanka. But the thing is, we are the first implementation here. I think they are actually undercharging and giving us the solution first because they want a reference from us since we are a bank in Sri Lanka. That's why they are doing it like that. There are no additional costs besides the license, except the 15% rate to the Sri Lanka government.
Darktrace is a leading cybersecurity solution that leverages artificial intelligence and machine learning to provide advanced threat detection, response, and risk management capabilities. Many reviewers find Darktrace's AI and machine-learning capabilities to be valuable. They appreciate its ability to detect anomalies and threats that might go unnoticed by traditional security tools. Overall, the general sentiment towards Darktrace from reviewers is positive. Users seem to appreciate...
The pricing of Darktrace is perfectly fine and competitive.
The pricing is rated at eight, implying it's considered expensive.
It is very expensive. I rate the product’s pricing a ten out of ten, where one is cheap and ten is expensive.
The product is expensive.
Darktrace is quite an expensive solution. Users need to pay a yearly licensing fee for the solution.
The product is very expensive.
The solution is quite expensive. I would rate the licensing model an eight out of ten.
We pay 8,000 a year. The pricing is reasonable.
Darktrace is expensive. You can pay for the license yearly.
The cost is moderate.

It was $3,600 a month or $2,000 plus or so. I am not sure. Its licensing is pretty simple.

Darktrace is expensive, but its results are invaluable.
It is expensive. I don't have the price for other competitors.

If you consider the features and the cost of market leaders, we are satisfied with the pricing.
For out of the box it is licensed per device or node that it connects to. I think for services there were some additional licensing fees.
