I'd rate the solution's pricing in the middle range. I want more regular communication from our customer service manager to help us improve our use of HubSpot Marketing Hub.
Regarding pricing and licensing, I haven't directly handled it, but I assume Zoho might be cheaper. However, I would still prefer HubSpot due to its cleaner and more user-friendly interface.
I would rate the pricing a ten out of ten, with one being cheap and ten being expensive. The licensing costs are around $4,800 per month. Initially, there's an onboarding fee of around $10,000 or $5,000, but after that, it's just the licensing fee.
It is an upmarket solution, but it is not the most expensive tool. I rate the pricing a seven out of ten on a scale where one is cheap, and ten is expensive.
At present, the pricing seems reasonable, but with our plans to scale, I anticipate that it could become a bit steep. The charges are currently billed on a monthly basis, which may result in significantly higher expenses. I would rate it six out of ten.
The platform itself will typically cost anywhere from $50,000 to $80,000 per year. I can't remember exactly what the user limit is, but you can have a certain amount of sales folks associated with it for tracking purposes and a certain amount of marketing admins.

All the CRMs we work with are in the same range. They're not the most expensive, but they're not the cheapest. They have a free version for people to try, and they can start adding more features to it. They have specials with bundles for small and medium-sized businesses that combine marketing, sales, and customer support. They have bundles to help companies get going. They give you lots of options and work with you.
HubSpot Marketing Hub provided me with the startup package with 90% off, but it's still hundreds of dollars a month instead of thousands of dollars a month. There is an additional cost for training and onboarding which is hundreds of dollars. It is expensive and should be reduced.

We are on an annual license for this solution. There have many different versions to meet the needs of their customers, such as professional enterprise and basic versions. They charge for the particular feature or components which are available in the license you have.

The solution is cheaper than its competitors.

HubSpot Marketing Hub is less expensive than Salesforce. However, it is a complete product from a business perspective.
Licensing costs are expensive but it's worth the money. I believe we paid for a professional license.
I'm not aware of the pricing. I have no visibility of that aspect of the product.

I don't manage the licensing. I'm not sure how it works. I can't speak to the exact costs or how the license is structured.
