Cost-wise, I am not sure how much license fees we need to pay for Ivanti Neurons for ITSM. I came to know from my team members that my company used to operate ServiceNow but shifted to Ivanti Neurons for ITSM due to its low licensing prices.

The product is adaptable for small, medium, and large customers, but because of the cost, small customers may be unable to afford Ivanti. However, the solution has removed perpetual licensing, so it's only on a subscription model where you pay per user. The number of licenses depends on the number of analysts you require in IT, and that comes with a bundle of up to 10,000 assets initially, where you don't have to pay additional licensing fees. Beyond that number, you have to acquire more licenses for asset management. You only have to acquire analysts for service management and the service desk team as the number of end users or service tickets increases.
If you want to add more users who can handle support there will be additional fees. What we call our extensions, we need to pay more for. They tell us that we need to acquire more licenses or something like that. I think it's very expensive, because in terms of our local currency, it's about 20,000 per license for each user. It is an annual fee.
Automate workflows, eliminating costly manual processes, while making your business more efficient, compliant and secure. Whether you’re looking for an IT helpdesk/support ticket solution or need to perform more advanced ITIL service management processes, Ivanti Neurons for ITSM can easily scale and adapt to meet your specific business needs.
The price is on the higher side. The support is included in the standard licensing fees.
The product is affordable for small businesses.

It is billed annually. Ivanti offers professional services that accompany their solution, so customers would need to pay for those services as well.
The licensing is handled mostly by our team. I don't have actual data related to this.
