We encounter the challenge of exchange rate fluctuations. While the platform may not be inherently expensive, its pricing is based on US dollars, which can pose unpredictability for users in different regions. For instance, if you plan a project with a certain budget, a slight change in the dollar exchange rate can impact your budgetary constraints.
I don't know the exact costs involved in the solution. However, if you look into the comparison, Salesforce charges double the rates, or almost three times, compared to its competitors. Our company does incur additional charges for maintenance and support.
My impression is that this solution is a bit expensive for what it offers. I know other solutions have better pricing, but considering Salesforce is a global solution, we need to go with it.
They have a range of licensing modules and charge anywhere between $80 - $100, depending on how many licenses you buy. The more you buy, the less the cost per unit.
I don't deal with pricing or licensing. In my last company, the pricing was about $1,100 a month or $1,400 a month. This would've been years ago. We were very much a small company then. Now, I work for an organization with 1,000 employees. Pricing is not something I deal with in terms of how much Salesforce costs or how much the user license is.

Salesforce does a user capacity analysis on a regular basis. For example, if you're not using certain areas, you may lose access. If you don't go in and quote and edit quotes, all of a sudden you may lose your rights to quote.
compared to other products in the Market...yes it is expensive little bit ....but has a very good value for money .... it is very customizable , very innovative

My advice is to consider in detail what you are acquiring because you might not get everything you need in the initial quote provided by Salesforce. It's tricky and the price will be high.

The licensing is per user per month, which we took out a contract on a long time back. It's really an okay price for what solutions are available and for how many features and what kind of functionality you get. The only thing is that, regarding the pricing contract, if you agree on 2000 users, you have to pay for 2000, even if you only have 1500. An agreement for 2000 users was in our contract, so we had to pay a little bit extra because we only have about 1500 users currently.
My advice is that if you are going to use a CRM then use it correctly, get licenses for everyone, and demand compliance. Having only one department use it and not others will devalue the tool and its ability to provide effective solutions.
Salesforce Platform is a tool that provides application building with open application programming interfaces (APIs), integration tools, back-end services, starter templates, and developer environments. With a low-code interface, users are able to build applications and benefit from automated processes. The product helps customers to increase work productivity and save on IT costs through efficient, easy-to-understand, methods for creating applications.

Salesforce is not inexpensive, but the convenience of using the platform justifies the cost.
The product's additional features can be expensive.

Salesforce is cheap.
It is a fair price for what it's offering, in comparison with other solutions that are available on the market.

Price-wise, the solution is reasonable for what we're getting.
The solution is just a little bit too expensive. I can't speak to the exact cost as I am not involved in the licensing.

Even though the solution is expensive, it does give companies a good value for the money they pay.

You really have to work hard with the licensing. they are open to negotiating, however, it takes a while to get there.

I didn't buy it. I just use it.
I haven't had to buy Salesforce, however, I have heard it's $1500 a user.
For the number of people that are using Salesforce Platform in my organization, I feel the price is reasonable.

The pricing is okay and the cost varies depending on your requirements and number of users.
The price varies depending on the cloud.
The pricing is pretty expensive.
The licensing is on an annual basis. It is expensive. The license is the only fee we incur.

It is very expensive. Its licensing is on a monthly basis.
I have heard that it is fairly priced. It offers ROI.

It is quite expensive. Its developers come at a premium cost, which makes it expensive.

The pricing of the solution is fine. The enterprise purchase was for our entire organization.
Carefully study the user licencing possibilites and make adequate choices based on real needs (must have vs nice-to-have).
