The solution is pricey. Most organizations might find it costly because very few are utilizing these features. We initially purchased the perpetual licensing. Additionally, there was an extra cost for support, but the vendor provided the first three years of support for free. After the initial three years, we are required to pay for ongoing support. The total cost includes the software licensing and the support fees, which are waived for the initial three years.
This product carries a monthly licensing charge, with the amount depending on the features that are to be included. This costs also covers the use of technical support.
