In my assessment, the impact of Iterable's segmentation capabilities on my conversion rates is that segmentation is limited in Iterable compared to other tools, with limited options available to create segments. The options that are available are very limited compared to HubSpot or any other marketing automation tools.Iterable can be improved regarding handling attributes, as it has limited limitations on event attributes and profile attributes. When I hit those limits, I reach out to them only to find that they cannot delete or increase the limit, so I need to be cautious about the number of attributes sent to Iterable. Segmentation rules could be significantly better, as from my experience with ten or more marketing automation tools, Iterable has limited options to create segments, which should be addressed immediately.

Iterable is a strong platform, but there are areas that could be enhanced, such as advanced analytics and attribution. More built-in attribution models and lifecycle analytics would reduce dependency on BI tools. Guided templates for complex journeys, along with additional pre-built templates for advanced lifecycle use cases, would help reduce the learning curve. Performance at scale is important since UI performance can slow down with very large branched workflows. Continued optimization for mid- to large-organizations is crucial, and the learning curve for advanced use cases can also be improved. Event-based logic and deep personalization require time and experience, which can be challenging for new users.
One of the main areas where I would love Iterable to improve is KPI tracking, as it is hard to always attribute the correct conversion with the right marketing channel.

I would like more training and resources on how to use Iterable. That is the only area that I would love to be improved. The rest is acceptable.

At the moment, there is nothing I wish worked better or was missing in Iterable.
