The pricing could be improved. Another aspect is that IdentityIQ should be more widely available on the cloud, especially in regions like the Middle East where residency issues are present.
The solution needs to have more out-of-the-box integration with different applications and solutions. I would like to see the solution integrated with MFA tools like Gemalto, SafeNet, and One Identity. Many consultancies charge a lot of money for services to implement the solution, which increases the project cost.
The primary difference fundamentally is the state of the identity over time. So, the point-in-time identity drives the identity management, and that will improve the integrity of the identity management. The connectors should be improved.
