I am a TOGAF certified architect, with a wealth of practical experience. I have worked as a consultant, training and mentoring architecture teams in the use of emerging standards and industry best practices. I’ve helped establish and lead high performing process, solution and enterprise architecture teams. I've worked across multiple sectors, for companies ranging from start-ups to large multinationals.

Achievements:
-Lead architect on several large M&A programmes, including the merger of Orange and T-Mobile to form EE.
-I led the Enterprise Architecture team at Orange UK that developed a Target Operating Model (TOM) that delivered upon a triple-play (mobile, broadband, VOIP), omni-channel (mobile, web, retail and call centre) digital strategy.
-I have led the introduction of agile best practices to a number of organisations, both big and small throughout my career.
-I have built APQC based Process Classification Frameworks that have been adopted by Deutsche Bank and Credit Suisse.
-I have established a recognised expertise in the setup, configuration and use of architecture modelling tools such as Sparx Enterprise Architect and iGrafx.
-I have successfully trained and mentored hundreds of people in software and process engineering best practice over a twenty year career.
