I use Check Point Harmony as a security using one solution for both mobile and app development. If we use email security like Office 365, Microsoft Office 365, or G-Suite, we can protect all incoming emails from Microsoft Exchange and stop spam mail with all kinds of security check policies with Check Point Harmony.

It's very effective as a solution to prevent mobile app threats. It has a mobile MDX, mobile detection, and response session.

As a comprehensive solution, Check Point offers a very granular and best-in-class experience. Compared to competitors like Fortinet, Trend Micro, Palo Alto, and Cisco, Check Point provides a superior solution according to both the MITRE and Gartner frameworks.

For example, in a recent attack simulation, Check Point only allowed ten malicious emails through, while Fortinet allowed 1500 and Cisco allowed 1800. Check Point's email attack ratio is nearly 0.10%, while others range from 1% to 3%. This demonstrates Check Point's superior email filtering capabilities.

Check Point's email cleaning ratio is 99.9%, significantly higher than the 98%, 95%, or 93% of its competitors.

Moreover, Check Point Harmony Email incorporates AI technology within its security features.

Harmony Email & Collaboration (HEC) provides full protection and addresses zero-day files. It's the best solution available, as others don't offer protection against zero-day attacks and rely on signature-based solutions. HEC is truly the best option.

We were using Google Email earlier and wanted to move from Google to Microsoft. Knowing the vulnerability issues with Microsoft, we wanted a strong email security management system on top of Microsoft 365.

We aimed to enhance the server security perimeter due to previous vulnerabilities with Microsoft, ensuring a strong email security management system.

I use Check Point Harmony Email and Collaboration to protect email security. It is used as an email secure gateway to protect and scan emails.

The sanitization feature of Check Point Harmony Email and Collaboration is valuable. The protection and scanning of emails are also appreciated, as they secure everything in the email spectrum.

We have 4,000 users globally, dispersed all over the world including at our manufacturing locations. The CloudGuard SaaS solution is protecting our Office 365 email environment as well as our Office 365 OneDrive environment from malware and other malicious content. Our CloudGuard Connect instance is protecting our remote plants and acting as a cloud-based firewall enforcement point that is 100 percent managed in the cloud as opposed to on-prem.

Prior to deploying the product, we were getting daily phishing attacks which were directly impacting our business. We had data exfiltration. I can't remember the exact number of incidents we had, but since deploying the product we are now catching approximately 500 phishing attacks a day, attacks that are no longer negatively impacting the organization.

Usually, the customer is on Office 365, and the main selling point for us is that approximately 95 percent of customers do not have the E5 license from Microsoft, which is the highest tier. As a result, they lack advanced email protection. Therefore, using a third-party solution is more cost-effective than upgrading to an E5 license, and it also offers greater sophistication. This solution can cover not only Office 365 but also other platforms. Furthermore, it carries the reputable brand name Check Point and is well-known in the security industry.

The centralized management dashboard is easy to use. We usually sell advanced packets that include sandboxing for attachments, which is highly critical to most customers. The solution has a very effective anti-phishing algorithm that detects a significantly higher number of phishing emails compared to the default Microsoft solution. Additionally, it is user-friendly. When customers need to make exceptions to the policy, they find it quite easy to navigate the dashboard. However, what customers mostly care about are the anti-phishing and sandboxing features.

The use cases include anti-spam and anti-phishing. We have Email Collaboration for the anti-spam solution and anti-phishing solution. It’s a very good platform because every day, we block about 1,000 to 5,000 batch emails with malware, spam, etc. So for our business, it’s very important to have this platform, this solution, because it helps us very well with all email.

I have only a few features, anti-spam, anti-phishing, and DLP for a use case. It’s a very good platform. I tried all the models, all the features in this platform, and it works very well.

During the PoC, we have Office 365 linked to CloudGuard, which validates and checks all of the emails that come in and out. It is also checking and looking for anomalies during logon, e.g., in possible traveling type of scenarios, as we see business emails get compromised. Those pieces of it are really slick.

It also provides you with a lot of reports and visibility on the environment. Sometimes things are not native on Office 365 or you have to purchase additional licensing, but on CloudGuard you have a single pane of glass with all the metrics you need. It gives you a lot of information. For example, it tells you the successful/unsuccessful attempts to log on. 

If we can reduce the number of malicious emails delivered to the inbox of our users, that is a big win. Over 90 percent of breaches start with an email, so the more you can protect your users with the mail firewall piece, the better off you will be. Then, you just do exceptions. That is where endpoint protection comes in. For example, typically, if the mail firewall that we have, which is not CloudGuard, misses something malicious, once a user clicks on that email, opens it, or tries to trigger anything on it, then SandBlast Agent will catch and stop it. Now, that is without using the mail firewall on CloudGuard. However, if we were to stay with CloudGuard and apply the mail firewall, then we will just see less items, messages, and malicious messages being delivered. 

Having CloudGuard would allow us to reduce our vendor footprint. If you have less vendors and tools to manage, it gives a lot of time back to admins and simplifies our overall operations.

It provides visibility of events, what's going on with the environment, what we're missing with our other solution, and the user behavior.

We use the product to address core, perimeter, and administrative security requirements for firewalls within our environment. Additionally, we cater to email security requirements for clients using both Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 platforms.

The product's most valuable features for email security are its ability to safeguard domain names, detect duplicate email users, and identify spam emails impersonating legitimate email IDs, thereby enhancing overall security. It also has a robust filtering system.

It's very easy to use, and the onboarding process is straightforward. We can easily categorize users, create groups, and apply policies accordingly, simplifying policy management for different user groups within an organization.
