It is missing a lot, especially in reporting. The reporting functionality is quite minimal, and there are no alerts available. The reporting aspect is a bit disappointing. However, if they work on enhancing it, there's potential for improvement. The current reports lack depth, particularly for analytical purposes. Additionally, we are missing email encryption capabilities. We’ve also faced a few minor issues with the solution’s scalability.
