I do have a suggestion: it would be helpful to have even stronger security features to help protect against interference from other nearby access points that aren't part of our network. If there are access points from other brands installed nearby; they can cause interference and disrupt the range of our Mist access points. So, the security features could be stronger, especially in terms of authentication. The connectivity is excellent, but security needs improvement. In future releases, integrating more AI features would be beneficial. If Mist had stronger AI features, it could provide better security against network threats and cyberattacks. So, this solution still needs to improve its AI capabilities. It would be great if the AI could improve the range of the access points, and auto-protect functionality should be there to avoid interference by other nearby access points and enhance threat detection. In the future, I'd like to see stronger threat detection features integrated with Mist, as well as better detection of nearby access points that might cause interference.

The visibility is good, the controller is very nice, and easy to work with this. The bottom line is it's a good vendor and it's a good solution for WiFi. The simplicity is great. It's straightforward to learn the solution. It's very easy to understand and the implementation as well.

My advice to new users of Juniper Mist would be to thoroughly communicate your IT challenges and network environment to your solution architect or support team. Listening carefully and providing detailed information about your needs will help them tailor the solution effectively. Take advantage of the ability to integrate multi-vendor devices and ensure operational stability for optimal performance. Juniper Mist's AI-driven support has greatly improved our troubleshooting process. I would say almost a perfect ten out of ten. It offers a seamless experience across the entire network stack, making problem-solving much easier and more efficient. It is easy for beginners to learn how to use Juniper Mist. Juniper offers training programs that provide foundational knowledge about the solution, making it accessible to newcomers. Additionally, the interface is user-friendly, similar to setting up Wi-Fi on a mobile phone, so beginners can start using it right away even without training. Overall, I would rate the product as a nine out of ten. It meets expectations across all industries, offering easy connectivity, deployment, and user-friendly UI.
