What is most valuable?
Sophos Mobile offers features like cash mode and safe mode, and allows for central management, which I find effective for device security, though it depends on the clients' needs and the types of mobile devices used.
The integration of the product is easier these days compared to ten years ago. The support provided by Sophos is notably good, and they care for their partners.

What needs improvement?
There is room for improvement in Sophos Mobile's security management for endpoint security.
Additionally, the initial setup has complications, especially when registering products. The company should work on making this process smoother and also focus on making the quote process simpler.

We have different products, and management is involved, so it depends on third-party unique features. We recommend these products based on the requirements of our clients.
What do I think about the stability of the solution?
Sophos is stable, and the product works well. In the past, integrating products was more challenging than it is nowadays. Sophos Mobile is not that much in terms of security, however, it is manageable.

Sophos provides really good support. In terms of responsiveness, they handle the calls immediately and efficiently, though some other products might make us wait.

I previously worked with ManageEngine. The main differences include pricing, where ManageEngine offers trials for up to 25 users, which helps clients get familiarized with it before moving to production.
How was the initial setup?
The registration of the product during the initial setup has some issues, and it's not easy to get the quote. It's a bit cumbersome.
What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?
The pricing of Sophos Mobile is high compared to the market, specifically 40% higher. Sophos often requires a three-year subscription to offer lesser pricing. The costs and potential trials need to be considered in pricing.
Which other solutions did I evaluate?
Aside from Sophos Mobile, I am also trying another product called Untangle software. I compare various products like Fortinet, Sophos, and SonicWall for their pros and cons based on client needs. We also deal with Zoho, however, we are not directly partners with Zoho for ManageEngine.
What other advice do I have?
I rate Sophos Mobile six out of ten.
Although pricing is a significant factor, clients will pay if the product fulfills their requirements. Support could be improved, particularly its competitive pricing and ease of getting quotes.
For Sophos, it is important to focus on security management.
