What is most valuable?
The features that stand out for maintaining mobile security are compliance and the ability to install applications and configure work profiles. Even though the support could be improved, I believe these features are effective in enhancing our security framework.
What needs improvement?
The support for
Sophos Mobile could be better. I also believe the portal itself requires improvements because the interface can be difficult to understand sometimes. There is a need for more clarity and user-friendliness in the portal interfaces.

We have been working with Sophos Mobile for more than ten years. Our company itself is thirty years old, so we've been familiar with the product for quite some time.

We haven't faced any significant deployment issues with Sophos Mobile. For Sophos Mobile, the deployment can be completed in less than an hour since we work mostly with small companies.

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?
We started with Sophos many years ago and have continued working with the solution because it was the first vendor with a cloud portal for management.
How was the initial setup?
The initial setup for Sophos Mobile is not very difficult. For small companies, which are our typical clients, the setup requires minimal resources and can be completed with essentially one person.
What about the implementation team?
Within our company, three engineers are usually involved in the maintenance and troubleshooting for our customers using Sophos Mobile.
What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?
I find the licensing cost of Sophos Mobile to be somewhat expensive, rating it a four out of ten. There are also additional expenses in addition to the licensing fee.
What other advice do I have?
I rate Sophos Mobile a seven out of ten overall. While we try to sell it, it is difficult to convince clients due to its cost. Many clients are unable to pay for these services, especially when we focus on smaller companies that prioritize cost-effectiveness.
