We use Bitdefender Gravity Zone Enterprise Security for protection from malware, security intrusions, and endpoint protection.  

What is most valuable?

They are the leader and have a major market share with this kind of security. The cloud console is good and the tool has effective protection. We do not have problems with malware. 

What needs improvement?

We are currently satisfied with what they are offering. I would recommend the cloud version and DLP.

I am currently using Bitdefender GravityZone Enterprise Security.

They have a stable environment.

They have a scalable product.

Sometimes the response takes more time than usual because level three support does not exist in Brazil.

The setup is easy.

We have an internal license and we do not pay for the product.

We cater to IT solution companies and software engineering firms. They request GravityZone from us, and our primary role is to sell GravityZone. They provide us with their requirements, and we supply them with the necessary license keys.

What is most valuable?

When it comes to the web, according to our customers, this product stands out due to its superior performance compared to others. Additionally, the pricing is relatively competitive, which is particularly significant in Sri Lanka. These are the primary advantages that I've observed.

Furthermore, one of the key benefits is the availability of 24/7 customer support. In case customers encounter any issues, they can reach out to the software support team for assistance.

What needs improvement?

The initial setup should be made easier.
