Admin gets the information about which computer has been infected and good to use for servers and endpoints
The important factor is that after implementing Bitdefender, we haven't found any attacks. It has a vaccine for the RDP protocol, which is specific to this. We do some customization, but it does not lack any protection. Compared to older versions, we have not found any degradation in performance in the newer versions from the last three to five years, whether for graphical or normal users. They're not complaining that we are facing problems like memory issues. Bitdefender is also customizable and granular, but once you install it, it keeps running. The admin gets the information about which computer has been infected and can take action accordingly. On a regular basis, Bitdefender's AI capability is okay. But you cannot leave some decisions to AI. You must have control. You have to look at what you're filtering, as it can be a false positive. But on a regular basis, AI can be helpful.

User-friendly interface simplifies management while performance issues during scanning need addressing
Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Business is easy to implement and has a user-friendly interface. It stands out as an antivirus and malware protection solution due to its extensive feeds and resources for antivirus signatures. These capabilities enable effective malware protection. Additionally, it offers scalability as any endpoint added to Active Directory can be easily integrated by Kaspersky Security Center. Its straightforward deployment and ease of management are other valuable features. It does not require an advanced engineer to manage, and resources are readily available online, making it accessible and scalable.

Quotes from Members

We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use. Here are some excerpts of what they said:

Pros

"I like its unified interface, which also helps you scan Outlook email, for example. Multiple products can be standardized across endpoints or the EDR solution, and the integrations with SIEMs."
"When it comes to the web, according to our customers, this product stands out due to its superior performance compared to others."
"The tool has a firewall module to control traffic. It also has a feature to map incidents and provide information about attackers and the environment."
"It takes lesser energy from the system than the rest. So, we tried it for five years, and it works quite well. So we have continued with it. And the pricing is competitive as well."
"The features I found most valuable in Bitdefender GravityZone Enterprise Security include anti-malware, spyware detection, firewall, network detection, and user behavior analytics. The solution also gives you a heads-up about operating system misconfiguration."
"The most valuable feature is the IDS."
"We find the protection the solution provides valuable."
"We use patch management to keep our software up-to-date, significantly mitigating our risk of vulnerabilities. We're confident that Bitdefender GravityZone Enterprise Security will either already know about new threats and have updated our machines, or they'll advise us quickly on mitigating them until an update is available."
"Ability to specify the level of protection on devices,"
"The hardware hardware detection is the most valuable feature. The feature where you can block and unblock mobile devices is also good."
"The solution is scalable, we have 500 users using this solution."
"I am impressed with the tool's main dashboard, anti-malware application blocking, DDoS, etc."
"The main feature of this solution is it is easy to use."
"There is excellent integration with the app directory."
"I like the security that this solution provides."
"The solution has been quite stable."

Cons

"The risk management tool does not have reporting, which I feel to be a huge mistake."
"There are compatibility concerns as Bitdefender does not support Windows 7."
"Overall, Bitdefender GravityZone Enterprise Security is quite good. It always has new features which customers can use for free, so I can't say that something is missing in the solution, though one area for improvement is that the cloud version of Bitdefender GravityZone Enterprise Security still can't connect to a central SIEM. The on-premises version has that capability, but the cloud version doesn't."
"We had experienced a crash and had to reinstall it."
"The dashboard can be improved."
"The solution must be more user-friendly."
"At this point in time, the download footprint is a bit big."
"The initial setup should be made easier."
"The solution could improve by having some integration with other vendors."
"We have had some problems with it comes to uninstalling it, so you have to make sure that you do everything right."
"The support must provide quick responses."
"There should be some AI involved. We already have machine learning involved in recent releases but machine learning should be more enhanced in the upcoming versions."
"There are many improvements needed, such as faster responses, faster notification, and immediate reports."
"It would be great if, as an additional feature, you could download updates without deploying updates to end users."
"It would be preferable if the product were more proactive and more modern in its approach to security and protection."
"The solution could use better reporting."

Pricing and Cost Advice

"In terms of the licensing costs associated with Bitdefender GravityZone Enterprise Security, the agreement was made nearly three years ago, but from what I recall, the figure was around €6,000 to €7,000 for three years, including support for two hundred endpoints."
"The tool is not expensive and pricing is competitive."
"Its price has gone up since our last renewal. My renewal fee has gone from $517.99 in 2018 for 3 years to $739.99 when it renews this year in July. I love the product, but a price increase of over 40% is a bit exorbitant."
"It has very flexible licensing costs, and it's modular-based."
"The general basic price is roughly $1.20 for a license with Bitdefender."
"We pay for an annual license which is affordable."
"The licensing costs can vary."
"The price is fair."
"It would be beneficial if the price could be reduced, and improved management of the license allocation for adding additional Endpoint users would be advantageous."
"The solution is comparatively priced."
"Licensing fees are paid on a yearly basis."
"The solution requires a license and there are different license packages depending on the number of users you need."
"We have approximately 700 licenses for this solution and we pay annually."
"The solution is available at a highly affordable price"
"I think the price of this solution is good."
"We have an annual license and there is a fee per device used. The price is fair compared to the latest EDR solution."
