Admin gets the information about which computer has been infected and good to use for servers and endpoints
The important factor is that after implementing Bitdefender, we haven't found any attacks. It has a vaccine for the RDP protocol, which is specific to this. We do some customization, but it does not lack any protection. Compared to older versions, we have not found any degradation in performance in the newer versions from the last three to five years, whether for graphical or normal users. They're not complaining that we are facing problems like memory issues. Bitdefender is also customizable and granular, but once you install it, it keeps running. The admin gets the information about which computer has been infected and can take action accordingly. On a regular basis, Bitdefender's AI capability is okay. But you cannot leave some decisions to AI. You must have control. You have to look at what you're filtering, as it can be a false positive. But on a regular basis, AI can be helpful.

"The product is a good standard security tool."
"The fact that it is almost plug and play means the policies I have to define are not very complicated."
"Bitdefender GravityZone Enterprise Security has a lot of telemetry that allows me to really see what's going on with the device."
"It is very easy to configure and deploy."
"The most valuable feature is its endpoint protection, particularly the antivirus component. It has been very effective in protecting our clients, and since its installation, we haven't encountered any issues with compromised endpoints or virus impacts."

Cons

"The solution's stability could be better."
"It could be simplified a little bit for firewall rules and blocking specific IP addresses. It would be nice to have an option to upload a CSV or XLSX file of IP addresses to be blacklisted or to be able to specify a range as attempted logins from botnets and people attempting to access network accounts is an increasing issue across the board."
"I like the Application Control feature, but it's a bit tricky. Managing it can be a bit cumbersome sometimes."
"Potential areas for improvement could be more accessible and immediate support for critical situations, especially considering the regulatory challenges in healthcare."
"We had experienced a crash and had to reinstall it."
"There are compatibility concerns as Bitdefender does not support Windows 7."
"There is room for improvement in CPU utilization."
"Overall, Bitdefender GravityZone Enterprise Security is quite good. It always has new features which customers can use for free, so I can't say that something is missing in the solution, though one area for improvement is that the cloud version of Bitdefender GravityZone Enterprise Security still can't connect to a central SIEM. The on-premises version has that capability, but the cloud version doesn't."
"The solution could improve by providing better security and a cloud base version."
"A handbook of known issues and quick fixes should be given so that troubleshooting and frustration are less."
"When we fire any employee connected remotely over the internet, we need a security feature that blocks the system and the device."
"Deployment of Seqrite Endpoint Security is generally straightforward. The only complexity we encounter is that, since it is cloud-based, there can be delays in updating the endpoint's status."
"I would like to see Seqrite add a remote profile so we can implement different policies for users connecting to the in-office LAN and those accessing the office network from home or a public internet connection."
"The cost of the solution can be improved."
"The solution could integrate with other products to provide a comprehensive protection strategy."
"The support offered by the tool is an area of concern where improvements are required."
