Admin gets the information about which computer has been infected and good to use for servers and endpoints
The important factor is that after implementing Bitdefender, we haven't found any attacks. It has a vaccine for the RDP protocol, which is specific to this. We do some customization, but it does not lack any protection. Compared to older versions, we have not found any degradation in performance in the newer versions from the last three to five years, whether for graphical or normal users. They're not complaining that we are facing problems like memory issues. Bitdefender is also customizable and granular, but once you install it, it keeps running. The admin gets the information about which computer has been infected and can take action accordingly. On a regular basis, Bitdefender's AI capability is okay. But you cannot leave some decisions to AI. You must have control. You have to look at what you're filtering, as it can be a false positive. But on a regular basis, AI can be helpful.

Quotes from Members

We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use. Here are some excerpts of what they said:

Pros

"It is very easy to configure and deploy."
"The most valuable feature is the IDS."
"Protection is the most valuable feature."
"The tool has a firewall module to control traffic. It also has a feature to map incidents and provide information about attackers and the environment."
"The solution is very scalable."
"What I appreciate most about Bitdefender are its web content filtering, blocking malicious sites, and its ability to thwart brute force attacks on open ports."
"It is perfectly stable. We haven't received any complaints from customers regarding stability or performance. It's been smooth sailing so far."
"It takes lesser energy from the system than the rest. So, we tried it for five years, and it works quite well. So we have continued with it. And the pricing is competitive as well."
"The overall performance of the server and the dashboard are the most interesting aspects of the solution."
"The setup process was easy for our remote clients and us as well."
"In case it works, we are looking to use features like USB blocking, file upload alerts, and other antivirus features as well, but this software has to work first."
"Seqrite Endpoint Security provides external protection in terms of hard drives."
"The solution effectively detects malicious files and blocks sign-ins."
"The solution's current features include antivirus, web filtering, file activity monitoring, PAM, firewall, IDS/IPS, and DLP. Though I'm not familiar with the whole solution, it is good."
"The convenience has been great."
"The update process and policy control are good."

Cons

"It could be simplified a little bit for firewall rules and blocking specific IP addresses. It would be nice to have an option to upload a CSV or XLSX file of IP addresses to be blacklisted or to be able to specify a range as attempted logins from botnets and people attempting to access network accounts is an increasing issue across the board."
"Machines with low memory and CPU may experience slow performance."
"The solution's stability could be better."
"Bitdefender GravityZone Enterprise Security could improve the RDP, I have problems sometimes."
"Sometimes the response from Technical Support takes more time than usual because level three support is not in Brazil."
"I think it would be helpful if I could get a live console directly on the machine. Additionally, if I could run scripts on the machines to respond to any incidents, that would be a great feature."
"The firewall capabilities could benefit from an upgrade since it lacks a high level of granularity and control."
"The tool needs to improve patch and vulnerability management."
"I would like to see Seqrite add a remote profile so we can implement different policies for users connecting to the in-office LAN and those accessing the office network from home or a public internet connection."
"The support offered by the tool is an area of concern where improvements are required."
"A handbook of known issues and quick fixes should be given so that troubleshooting and frustration are less."
"We would like the solution to have integration with other security solutions so that we can have a single base for monitoring all the security incidents and concerns."
"User management could be improved."
"The pricing could be a bit lower."
"The solution needs to improve stability."
"Endpoint Security would be improved by adding DLP."

"The licensing costs can vary."
"The price is fair."
"We purchase the solution for three or five-year intervals. We paid approximately $150 for 10 to 15 users."
"The tool's pricing structure is good. We use an annual subscription."
"In India, licensing is based on annual contracts. It's not extremely expensive, but not the cheapest either. I'd rate it somewhere around seven or eight out of ten."

"We pay approximately $1,500 for licenses for the solution."
"The solution has reasonable pricing. There is one pricing without any hidden charges. They have to pay once a year or three years."
"My company needs to purchase a yearly subscription for the licensing costs for Seqrite Endpoint Security."
"I give the cost of the solution a seven out of ten."
"The license isn't expensive."
"The pricing is reasonable."
"There is no option to refund the money and unfortunately, we bought a three-year license, seeing that Quick Heal is a long-established player in the market."
