A flexible CRM solution that helps to add pipeline details
Zoho CRM is a flexible solution where we can add pipeline details.  We can add users and products to the workflows.  Zoho CRM needs to incorporate HRM.  I have been using the product for a year.  Zoho CRM is stable.  Zoho CRM's deployment is easy. Anyone can do it without learning.  I rate…

Flexible, stable and offers comprehensive feature set, including core CRM functionalities like lead management and marketing automation
It's good. We haven't had to escalate issues to them often. They have a support team and a community forum where you can ask questions or find answers. The community is great – we've almost always found answers to our questions there, especially regarding the API. We got in touch with customer service and support once or twice. Once was when they were deprecating a feature by a certain date, and we needed to extend the timeline for us because we couldn't meet that deadline. They were very accommodating and readily extended it for us by a couple of months. And another time, there was some technical question. And they were fine. They did help. It was okay.

Quotes from Members

We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use. Here are some excerpts of what they said:

Pros

"We can add users and products to the workflows."
"The feature that is beneficial from HubSpot CRM is business intelligence."
"It was quite stable. I didn't notice any specific issues or downtime"
"The solution's greatest value lies in its online capability in terms of web content creation."
"The most valuable feature of the solution is its free version, where you can store around 10,00,000 records in HubSpot CRM for free if you have a business email ID."
"The setup is very easy."
"The product is user-friendly for sales personnel and other salespeople."
"We can track clients through the system, which is a great feature. It supports cross-functional teams."
"I like how you can track one account from marketing to closing the deal. For example, suppose you generated a lead through marketing, you can then track it through to when the deal is closed."

Cons

"Zoho CRM needs to incorporate HRM."
"I believe it's tailored for companies that are well-lined up for inbound sales. They have rich content, and they can generate leads and capture leads on all the channels and websites, but if you are focusing on or depending on outbounds, it lacks the capabilities that are being offered by companies that focus on outreach, such as Salesloft or Outreach. It mainly lacks cadences for salespeople."
"There is no option to remove duplicate constant contacts."
"The solution's email capabilities could be improved."
"From the perspective of continuous improvements needed in the product, I would want the tool to be able to pull out more information about clients."
"Invoices were the thing we were thinking should be part of the solution, and that's been added now."
"There is a limitation with the integration with other tools or workflows."
"The only thing that was tough was that the functionality was very dependent on the licensing level. So there were many things I wanted to do, but then I'd have to add on different licenses or purchase different add-ons."
"I would prefer it to be easier to manage, or a bit simpler, with fewer options. It's nice to have so many options, but for some clients, having so many options may not be necessary, they can just customize accordingly."

Pricing and Cost Advice

Information not available
"Pricing is based on the number of users."
"The pricing is reasonable."
"We use a paid version of Hubspot and we have an annual license."
"I do not recall the particulars of the licensing fees."
"We are using HubSpot CRM’s free version."
"The pricing is in a midrange if you line up the marketing tools."
"The price of HubSpot CRM is expensive."
"There are a few licensing payment models, such as annual or monthly. The solution is modular, which means that if you need a specific capability or function within the organization, you can purchase it specifically and you don't have to purchase something that is only utilized by 20 percent of the organization."
