"One of the best features of Ruckus Wireless WAN that customers are interested in is the adaptive antenna called BeamFlex. Ruckus Wireless WAN also has the best management platform, and even if there are thousands of users of the solution, it's very easy to manage on Ruckus Wireless WAN. It can also support third-party equipment. It's an all-in-one solution and it has IoT and secure access capabilities. Upgrading the network to Ruckus Wireless WAN is also easy."

"Juniper Mist Wireless Access Points’ support services need improvement."
"There is room for improvement in terms of support and installation."

"The pricing should be made cheaper."
"The licensing isn't very customer-centric. They may have improved it, but previously, if you forgot to pay on a certain day, your service would be shut off."
"I would like to see more cybersecurity. I would like the ability to go in and enhance security. Because WPA2 is becoming obsolete, many devices are now WPA3, but the challenge is that a lot of devices are not yet there. I would like to be able to go in and do monitoring, similar to ASPM. ASPM has the ability to monitor who's joining and who's active. It supports two-step monitoring. The stability of Cisco Meraki Wireless LAN can also be improved."
"There is a processing limitation when you have multiple SSIDs, above three or four."
"Recently I have seen that the Meraki access point, maybe due to congestion, just kicks off my customers, mostly when they are in Zoom meetings or Teams meetings and they have to reconnect."
"Initially, I liked some of the filtering features, but that's one of the components that we ran into problems with."
"Its price should be reduced."
"The only concern is when the license has expired and it will no longer function, the entire network goes down, without any notification, or warning."
"I'd like better integration with security providers."
"We had a problem with the delivery of the solution."
"Ruckus Wireless WAN needs to improve its pricing."
"We have one sole distributor here in our region. To have multiple distributors here would be very helpful to improve the supply chain."
"The GUI interface of Ruckus Wireless WAN could be more usable, especially the drag-and-drop feature."
"I have some friends who have not heard of Ruckus, but are aware of other competitors."
"Pricing could be improved in Ruckus Wireless WAN because obviously, everybody wants things to become cheaper. Another room for improvement in the product is from a delivery perspective, particularly the heavy delivery delays because of the chip shortage that a lot of manufacturers have to deal with. The chip shortage is not coming to an end, but Ruckus Networks has to make a plan because the ETA has slipped out from the average of three months on switches to fourteen months, which is very, very rough on the industry at the moment. Ruckus Wireless WAN could lose business to Chinese competitors, for example, HTC has a good wireless solution that I haven't tested yet, other than on POC, and it works great. I haven't yet experienced the HTC wireless solution in large deployments, so you never know how it's going to go, but HTC has managed to circumvent the chip shortage, so the ETA provided by HTC is much more preferred than the ETAs provided by Ruckus Networks, Cisco, and Aruba products."
"I would not consider this solution to be stable."
"The solution could be more stable."
