Advanced functionalities have allowed us to streamline our document management processes
The most valuable feature is Conga’s advanced set of functionalities, which have developed over time, especially from Salesforce Classic to Lightning. Features like Conga Sign and enhancing documentation for business users have significantly improved our processes. It also provides flexibility, allowing for easy interaction with just a click of a button.

Prompt tech support; good pricing
Before we started using SignNow, we used to send enrollment agreements to our customers via email, manually asking them to sign those agreements. It was troublesome for them to print the agreements out, sign them, scan them, and then send them back. That was causing a lot of issues when it comes to getting the agreement before the actual contract starts. The reminder feature is also very important. When we send them this agreement electronically, it looks nice to the customer. Before we had this solution, we had about 30% of customers that didn't sign agreements. Now that we have SignNow, that number has dropped to less than five percent.
