We use Conga for digital documents and signatures to aid our clients with the sales cycle for their contacts and document generation in Salesforce. It's a solution for creating and sending documents to interested parties in the process.

Conga has advanced functionalities that have allowed us to streamline our document management processes, which is integral for our day-to-day business operations. Its simplicity in use, even for complex configurations, has greatly facilitated our work with digital documentation.

Conga Sign is primarily used to obtain signatures on documents from key individuals like main leaders, directors, or top officials. Without these signatures, the documents cannot be used for their intended purposes. The software facilitates sending emails to users who need to sign, allowing them to provide necessary details while signing.

With the integration of Conga solutions and Salesforce, the organization has seen improvements in process management, time savings, and streamlined operations. Conga Sign being tightly integrated with Salesforce CRM enhances its functionality.

We primarily use Conga Sign through our Salesforce integration when we send out contracts for sales. A small percentage, about one percent of our usage, is for internal purposes where we send documents for sales reps to sign off on, like their annual plans.

The setup is user-friendly, allowing us to easily drag and drop tags onto our document from an ad hoc standpoint. Prepopulating tags in contract templates is straightforward, making the usability of the setup a top feature for me.

I usually use Conga Sign in my contract management processes. We generate a contract through the composer, and it moves to the signing application. In this case, Conga Sign, which is more fluid because it's the same application. Then we sign that template that we have just created and send it to the client.

Conga Sign makes the signing process more fluid since it is integrated with the same application that generates the contract. This simplifies the workflow significantly, especially compared to connecting Conga with DocuSign, for example.

We use Conga Sign with Conga Composer to send documents for signature. After they are signed, the documents are sent back, and their status is updated in Salesforce.

It helps in automating the process such that a document can be signed and its status updated automatically in Salesforce without manual intervention.

I use Conga Sign to present CDQ and CLM to the customers.

Customers can use Conga Sign to drag and drop their signatures on documents.

Like Adobe Sign and DocuSign, the Conga product has a built-in signature process called Conga Sign for digital signatures.

The solution's most valuable feature in terms of configuration is the Write Back functionality. Whenever a user signs a document with an electronic signature through Conga Sign, the system recognizes the signature type, the person making the signature, and the signature date. Salesforce captures all these details into the product Conga, and this entire process is called Write Back. The information transferred from the document to the cloud is called Write Back.
