We now use PowerApps to enable salesmen to send orders electronically, eliminating the need for order books. Additionally, we developed HR apps to streamline tasks for our staff, leading to automated processes and improved efficiency. Our experience with Dynamics GP reporting and analytics features, particularly Advanced Analysis, has been great. We utilize customized smart lists for purchasing and other functions, allowing for tailored insights over specific periods. Additionally, we have developed custom dashboards for enhanced visibility and support portal integration. I wouldn't recommend Dynamics GP due to its legacy status and impending end of support. However, if integration with the Power Platform is crucial and the company prioritizes modernization, it could still be a viable option. For new companies, I would suggest considering Dynamics 365 Business Central for a more modern solution. Overall, I would rate Dynamics GP as a seven out of ten.
