Cloud security has improved remote access and has reduced costs for smaller client sites
I have used Cloudflare One's Identity-Aware Proxy, and it is quite straightforward from what I have seen so far. The app registration on the Azure side integrates fully into Cloudflare, and I am very satisfied with that part because it is easy to set up. The integration of Cloudflare One's Secure Web Gateway and Zero Trust Network Access works without any issues. That part is pretty automatic, and if you complete the rest of the setup, it comes together by itself with no issues from my side. What makes it nice is that we can actually start replacing on-site firewalls at this stage for the smaller clients because it does not matter if they go to a coffee shop or work from home; they are still secured by the same connection. The hops get shorter and you get better latency. We have done testing to see if it is better. One thing that we did notice with our proof of concept with our current client is that they have people connecting from the UK. When they used their previous VPN solution, uploading CAD drawings and other files to the server took a long time. They mentioned that it is much quicker on Cloudflare One's solution. I definitely believe that is part of the improved performance, and I am satisfied with that as well. What is nice about Cloudflare One is that it makes the setup easier and also easier to train technicians to maintain it. Compared to legacy systems, we do not need to get fancy firewalls in place that are costly. That is definitely also a cost-saver with Cloudflare One.

Data protection and feature-rich capabilities have improved with room for reducing false positives
Forcepoint Data Loss Prevention is a good product that provides deep fingerprinting capabilities in data exploring and data discovery. They have an excellent feature for discovering data automatically through policies available in their portal, and they excel in data discovery and classification. The solution offers database fingerprinting, file fingerprinting, and script-based policies, along with automatic data discovery exploration. Fingerprinting automatically discovers customer data in our database and, based on sensitivity, detects and blocks the data if someone attempts unauthorized access. Forcepoint Data Loss Prevention is a web threat security product offering content inspection and URL filtering with built-in DLP capabilities. It proactively identifies web-based threats using tools such as advanced classification, browser isolation, and malware detection. Forcepoint Data Loss Prevention's solution focuses on internal risks and monitoring user activity to identify abnormal behavior, offering forensic tools such as login and video replay to understand intent. Data classification is an advanced tool we have used for classifying our data. The main feature is AI-powered, called DSP. The classification capability leverages a distributed AI architecture feature and GenAI small language models to classify both structured and unstructured data. It supports 50 file types and continuously improves accuracy with user feedback, enabling auto-discovery across cloud, endpoint, and on-premises data stores without extra cost of repeated scans.

Gateway policies have greatly reduced phishing emails and support rapid investigation workflows
There are no particular reviews on improvement from my side regarding Mimecast Insider Risk Management and Data Protection.I think the UI of Mimecast Insider Risk Management and Data Protection can be more optimized, as it feels slow and laggy at points. If that can be optimized and improved, that would be better.

"This solution is easy to understand and easy to configure."
"For Cloudflare Access, I am using the free plan...The most valuable feature is their protection."

"Cloudflare DDoS mitigates DDoS attacks."
"It has helped us meet CTI requirements. Some employees accidentally shared information and it was able to block that information. That is one of the biggest benefits we have seen from this tool."
"After the configuration, it is very stable, and in the last two years, I haven't been faced with many issues or product-related challenges."
"We like the ability to customize our requirements and rules, as well as its ease of use and management. It also has a cloud feature and proxy functionality."
"With Forcepoint we found that one employee who left had taken some files, and we were able to stop it."
"The product is user-friendly."
"I would certainly recommend this solution to others; it's one of the best DLP solutions on the market."
"Forcepoint enables you to clarify aspects of your data, including which data to protect for how long, what priority to assign to the data and the destinations. It's a comprehensive, dedicated solution. The interface is user-friendly and easy to manage. No other product will give you the same visibility and data classification functions as this tool."
"Forcepoint Data Loss Prevention provides a greater sense of security regarding data leaving email accounts, particularly when emails contain secret files from employees."
"CrashPlan, in general, is a great tool to have because backups are essential."
"The product isn't free, but the value that is given with the software functionality is top of the line."
"Low system overhead, setting retention policies, ease of use"
"It's simply the best option out there for multiplatform continuous backup, and I would like to think that the developers would prefer market penetration even in the small business sector to the marginally higher projection stability of higher-volume licensing."
"CrashPlan is one of the top three software implementations I have ever been involved with in 15 years."
"Seamless backup of our valuable data on mobile systems."
"Mimecast Insider Risk Management and Data Protection has positively impacted our organization as it has helped us identify a lot of phishing emails and stopped many unauthorized disclosures or accidental disclosures of information."
"The best part of CrashPlan is that it just works; it's a solid, well-written product with great support that gives users a sense of security about the data that keeps the business working."

Cons

"Our customers no longer use Cloudflare because its service is subpar."
"The onboarding process can be improved a little bit."
"Feedback could be enhanced."
"For the topic of improvement, providing some training material is one of my suggestions."
"There are premium tier live service and lower tier live service, so we opted for the lower tier. But there is no medium tier where we pay a little extra and get a bit more service. So if that can be improved."
"Our customers no longer use Cloudflare because its service is subpar."
"I would like them to include a VPN feature to provide a secure connection to the data center."
"The tool should provide on-premise versions. Currently, all versions are cloud-based."
"The post-optical character recognization feature could be improved because it only really works on documents with some length (at least three paragraphs)."
"The deployment and troubleshooting aspects of Forcepoint need improving."
"It would be wonderful if the solution could develop more AI and machine learning capabilities."
"We faced some issues with the endpoint installation of the agent as it is not from a common ground."
"The reporting features, the real-time reporting, can be improved in Forcepoint. On the dashboard, we don't have a feature that shows real-time incidents."
"I would like to see improvement in the reporting. We can only get one week's worth of data; we can't get more than that. Also, the reporting console is very slow, making it very frustrating to use."
"Based on our experience, the stability has not been very good, but it has also not been bad."
"The initial setup of Forcepoint Data Loss Prevention is of medium difficulty level."
"With Kaspersky AntiVirus on Windows we had one recurring issue that it started crashing the app, I actually try to exclude it and it keeps crashing until we reinstall the application."
"Would like to see the ability to bulk clear alerts in the admin console in a future release."
"The only area of improvement/complaint that I have is that the system is a bit too aggressive during the initial backup - it starts backing up files to the Code42 cloud almost immediately after installation without giving you an option to pick the files to be backed up first."
"There doesn't seem to be any feature that is lacking."
"Java, please get rid of Java."
"The application, written in Java, required far more system resources on a Client than other solutions."
"What I think could be improved is how I get support."
"In the places we have slower connections it has a time out problem."

Pricing and Cost Advice

"My company has to make yearly payments towards the licensing costs attached to the solution. There are no hidden charges apart from the licensing costs of the solution."
"The prices are slightly expensive."
"The solution is not that expensive."
"The solution's pricing lacks transparency."
"The pricing of the solution is cheap. The licensing cost is also very low. I rate the cost and pricing a three out of ten."
"The price tag is no longer $200,000, but rather $300,000 to $400,000. It's twice."
"The pricing is somewhere in the middle. I would rate the pricing a seven out of ten."
"Cloudflare Zero Trust Platform's pricing is good."
"Forcepoint has been very cost-effective because they gave us a good deal while procuring the DLP solution."
"I prefer Forceoint because it is cheaper than Symantec."
"I can't comment on the cost, as a different department handles that."
"The solution is expensive."
"Forcepoint Data Loss Prevention is costlier than other brands, but not all. Of the solutions, I have used Forcepoint Data Loss Prevention is more costly."
"The price of the solution is expensive."
"It's not the cheapest solution but it's not the most expensive. It's a good price for a good product."
"The pricing is reasonable. That's why we went with Forcepoint. They were pretty competitive."
"The pricing is reasonable. It's my understanding that the cost is about $7 for unlimited storage in the cloud per server."
"They were the best solution and surprisingly enough, the cheapest."
"It was expensive. It was more expensive than Eureka, and it was more expensive than Barracuda Backup, but what we got was a full team. They didn't come in and nickel and dime us. They provided the assistance we needed. They didn't say that they need to charge us for something or it is going to take another statement of work. It was all bundled into it... We pay for the software maintenance. It is probably 18% or 20% of the license fee for rev releases."
"It is 100% worth the cost to get and keep the support, especially when setting it up."
"It used to be a good solution for SOHO in particular as it had unlimited storage for a reasonable price. However, their pricing model has changed and they are now primarily targeting enterprise users."
