The product has good process mining capabilities, but it is very expensive
We are one of the three organizations across Europe and Africa that are certified implementers of FortressIQ. People who would like to use the solution must choose the right partner to implement. Some tweaking still needs to happen around the commercial model and the pricing structures. Even though the product is good, it's very difficult for customers to pay for it. It defeats the purpose if we have a good product but no one can afford to pay for it. Overall, I rate the tool a seven out of ten.

A stable solution with a comparison feature that helps people to understand and visualize the impact of a particular task
UiPath Process Mining is as lightweight a tool as it is new. It's not able to handle a lot of logs in one go at high speed. The solution's speed is fairly good, but it should be further increased to make it more powerful to process large amounts of logs. Logs should be as much as possible. We have taken one year's and sometimes two years' logs to understand the behavior. We are not here solving small problems because a lot of money is invested. I have observed that handling a large amount of logs slows down the solution's performance. This area is improving because we are now observing a new version of UiPath Process Mining with improved speed. As a developer, I'll be happy to see that happening more quickly, and I am sure the solution is heading there.

"We are able to identify which processes can be automated more easily, and then work with teams, thus saving a significant amount of time."
"Its Artificial Intelligence dependencies are valuable."
"The automation has proven to be immensely valuable as we now have a running bot handling everything."
"The solution has some quality and time assurances to improve our business."

Cons

"Another aspect that needs improvement is the domain definition."
"It can be difficult to handle the first project until you understand the product a bit better."

"Unlike scan.ai, UiPath Process Mining doesn't provide high-level insights. It isn't easy to integrate. They should stop selling and try to bring more value into the system. A person can have only 10 UiPath Process Mining licenses, but nobody uses them, so in hindsight, everybody feels like UiPath is a failed product."
"The product could be better integrated with simulations."
"The technical support for UiPath Process Mining needs some improvement."

Pricing and Cost Advice

"The pricing is reasonable."
"The solution is very expensive."
"UiPath Process Mining is a bit overpriced for someone considering the solution without knowing for sure whether it will help them."
"The licenses are flexible, they start once they are activated. The license is purchased annually. The cost of the solution is very good compared to other similar solutions."
"Licensing costs for UiPath are very reasonable, in my opinion."
"UiPath Process Mining has different licensing types for users, developers, end-users, or designers. I don't have the figures, price-wise, but because my company is a UiPath partner, there's some discount offered when you buy in bulk. UiPath provides a good deal if you're a bulk user. UiPath Process Mining gives you value for money compared to some of its competitors in the market."
"The price of UiPath Process Mining could improve."
"The pricing of Process Mining is based on an annual subscription. The final cost per year depends on what clients are able to negotiate with their salesperson."
"It's reasonable. It provides you with all the basic features that somebody would expect."
"The cost of UiPath Process Mining is costly but there are no additional costs in addition to the licensing fee."
