Stable, scalable, and good interface
HCL Verse has a nice interface and it is a practical email solution. There are a diverse set of features, such as the search bar on top of the screens. The usability from the old applications to the new version has been very good. It was great that we were able to migrate applications from the older version to the new one.

The interface for the security and compliance center could be simplified. It changes frequently, which can make it somewhat difficult for admins to stay up-to-date on where specific settings are located. The compliance center modification or improvement of Office 365 needs to be introduced. The rest of the features feel acceptable to me. The reason it is not a ten is because of the complexity of managing the vast array of admin settings, which requires a specialized IT team. Even though it meets industry standards for decent security compliance such as SOC and HIPAA, the complexity of managing the admin settings needs to improve.

Pros

"HCL Verse has a nice interface and it is a practical email solution. There are a diverse set of features, such as the search bar on top of the screens."
"The most valuable feature is the mail server."
"The products are quite simple for the end-users to use, the up-time is very good, the product is practically maintenance-free, and the multi-layer security is excellent from the security standpoint."
"I find Office 365 valuable because it is compatible across all companies, which is essential for our organization, and the flexibility to adjust subscriptions with headcount changes is an advantage for cost management."
"The cloud storage and real-time collaboration features are incredibly valuable."
"The most valuable feature is Microsoft Exchange."
"The most valuable feature is the integration with OneDrive, which has allowed us, a small business, easy access to a cloud environment, with no need to back up the data from five different computers."
"Office 365 is popular and easy to use due to its intuitive interface, and the collaboration with OneDrive allows us to access anything, anywhere, in the same format across devices, including mobile phones."
"The Teams integration and SharePoint functionality have helped with project management in work and school environments."
"Overall, Office 365 brings organization efficiency, as these tools are very helpful for every organization to maintain their records, organization data, compliance, and collaborations."

Cons

"Security is very important to us, so improvements to this functionality are welcome."
"The solution could improve by allowing us to use a color that we want in the editing boxes."
"I would like to see better integration with Teams, and better usability with SharePoint."
"It needs improvements around its compatibility with non-Microsoft products."
"If two people update the same file, it causes issues."
"The online applications have limited functionality compared to the local applications."
"Performance-wise, Office 365 needs a lot of bandwidth. The problem is, the solution requires very high bandwidth and internet usage. Meaning, the desktop application consumes a lot of internet data. Sometimes, when the connection is slow, it won't work and it won't load. This is an area for improvement for Office 365."
"Office 365 can be improved by increasing support, which currently is not efficient and takes a lot of time to resolve issues."
"Using Visual Basic, I have had a lot of trouble with relative paths when programming for Excel, and sometimes it is very difficult to debug programs."
"Sometimes the synchronization between the desktop and online is a little bit slow."

"Good reporting and good value subscriptions for international calls."
"I would rate the solution 3 out of 5 for the price. I think Microsoft presents a good solution concerning the price."
