Stable, scalable, and good interface
HCL Verse has a nice interface and it is a practical email solution. There are a diverse set of features, such as the search bar on top of the screens. The usability from the old applications to the new version has been very good. It was great that we were able to migrate applications from the older version to the new one.

The interface for the security and compliance center could be simplified. It changes frequently, which can make it somewhat difficult for admins to stay up-to-date on where specific settings are located. The compliance center modification or improvement of Office 365 needs to be introduced. The rest of the features feel acceptable to me. The reason it is not a ten is because of the complexity of managing the vast array of admin settings, which requires a specialized IT team. Even though it meets industry standards for decent security compliance such as SOC and HIPAA, the complexity of managing the admin settings needs to improve.

Pros

"HCL Verse has a nice interface and it is a practical email solution. There are a diverse set of features, such as the search bar on top of the screens."
"The most valuable feature is the mail server."
"It's nice that it's an all-in-one solution and everything is all in one place."
"Office 365 is very easy to use and it's fast, with functionalities that allow for seamless simulations, and the collaboration features, especially when working with technology sectors, are highly useful."
"The solution is quite intuitive and easy to use."
"Office 365 is a good tool for daily tasks and collaborative activities, mainly using Microsoft SharePoint which integrates with other tools to facilitate collaboration such as file sharing among colleagues."
"The features I have found most valuable in Office 365 are Exchange Online and Microsoft Teams, which are the mostly commonly used products in my organization."
"The integration of co-pilot as part of M365 has made it easy to access support for common technical issues, saving time that would be used on trying to access prompt feedback following back-and-forth emails in getting the correct solution."
"We use it for documentation management, to collaborate with Microsoft Teams, web calls, web conference calls, chats, and as a documentation repository mainly. We have an Office pack suite to be able to write documentation, make spreadsheets, and create PowerPoints."
"The most valuable feature of Office 365 consists of the features that I prefer about this solution."

Cons

"Security is very important to us, so improvements to this functionality are welcome."
"The solution could improve by allowing us to use a color that we want in the editing boxes."
"Microsoft could improve their support; I don't deal with Office 365 or Office 365 application-specific issues, but I wonder if it's similar where you get someone from Microsoft to hold your case, which could take a couple of days, maybe a week in between when they get back in contact with you."
"I'd like to see them add more features in the future in order to continue to advance the product."
"It seems like every other week when we log into the administrative portals, it doesn't matter which one, it could be the active directory portal, it could be the exchange admin center or SharePoint admin center, it seems like Microsoft is consistently updating with new versions of the admin centers, which can be frustrating."
"Microsoft Defender for Office 365 could use some customization, but this area for improvement is trivial."
"I haven't used Copilot too much because I don't have a license for that at the moment."
"One of the big changes is when Microsoft updates anything, they will switch where some of the settings are and where to find them, which becomes a little frustrating because you're used to it in one spot and it's someplace else."
"I'm not sure if there are areas of improvement. For us, it's working quite well."
"Integration with other platforms can be improved."

Pricing and Cost Advice

"The price of the solution is reasonable."
"This is an affordable solution but the price could be improved."
"Good reporting and good value subscriptions for international calls."
"The price of Office 365 is very expensive."
"I think that we pay $9.99 USD per user, monthly."
"The pricing/licensing is easy to manage."
"Most of the time, we purchase Microsoft Exchange licenses, which are less expensive and provide only an email platform and 50 gigabytes of email storage for free."
"Licensing, billing, and accounting are available from the management interface."
"The pricing is good for all the features that we receive, e.g., Skype for Business."
"The pricing is not really high, but one can get the software with the license key for free."
