Email collaboration and accessibility have improved team productivity
The valuable features include the email service, email updates, and Google Drive. People are given email access to Google Drive. The team can share manual files and work accordingly. They can access different teams from anywhere, collectively putting files, sharing them, and managing them. Additionally, the manufacturing product does not require any downgrades. It works fine and continuously for the last three or four years. Users can access their emails from anywhere in their browser without a laptop or can directly access from Gmail. This is helpful for salespeople.

Excellent technical support, easy to install, but the price, while affordable, could be improved
Office 365 is scalable, but it is dependent on the situation. We don't have a problem with it from an organizational standpoint. They started with 100 employees and then added another 500 after six months, for a total of 600 employees. The setup of new users, new emails, and new applications to be assigned to the new users is straightforward. They also provide the PowerShell command, which they provided more, development type, like, for example, you can create users, not manually, but through a script that can create users, for example, 100 users in two, three minutes, and you don't do it manually. They're fantastic. My portfolio contains approximately 50 companies. Office 365 is our primary platform for the 50 companies. I only have one on G Suite, and the majority of them will be migrating from G Suite to 365 in the coming month.

Quotes from Members

We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use. Here are some excerpts of what they said:

Pros

"Google integrates well with our system. G Suite has an open API, so you can connect any open system with Google capable of working with API. This is the main reason we use it."
"The valuable feature of Google Workspace is its integrated environment where everything is pre-integrated, like chat and document sharing in Gmail."
"The initial setup is easy because it's all pre-configured."
"The real-time editing feature is valuable."
"G Suite Enterprise is user-friendly, and the technical toolkits and other information are on the website. Additionally, the technical documents are comprehensive."
"G Suite is a powerful suite of tools for messaging and collaboration that has met the fundamental needs of my company, both increasing productivity and reducing costs."
"The document sharing in which multiple people can work on the same document. To go along with that is the archiving of documents. If you mess up a document, it's easy to go get a previous version."
"It's more open than Microsoft and easy to use."
"I love all of the applications being interlinked. I do not have to separately work on an independent system when it comes to file storage, email, and other tools."
"It's nice that it's an all-in-one solution and everything is all in one place."
"There are no more server and hardware operational costs and downtime, updates, etc. for all the workloads available. Newer features and updates are available immediately. Can be managed from a single web interface. Cloud-based, so same experience for all users, regardless of location."
"Adaptable solution with a good interface. It's easy to set up and easy to use."
"The cloud service and Skype are the most valuable features."
"My primary use case is for preparing presentations to teach, often on PowerPoint."
"The integration with other applications is pretty good."
"I like that it is cloud-based, wherefrom any computer I can access my documents and continue working."

Cons

"The synchronization is a bit of an issue."
"I believe Google Drive has potential for improvement. Enhancements could be made in terms of synchronization and the functionality of the Google Sheets app, particularly in areas like formulas and pivot tables, to make it more comparable to Microsoft Excel. Google Chat needs to make improvements so that we can send Excel and PDFs from the mobile app itself. I would like to see Google Bard integrated with the product."
"I talked with G Suite recently because my G Suite has a temporary block. I communicated with the G Suite representative or Google representative, and he told me that I sent a lot of emails, so my email was temporarily blocked. But I know I have not sent more than 500 emails daily to reach the limit. I sent only 5,200 emails, but unfortunately, my G Suite account was temporarily blocked for 24 hours, and then he resolved it. I think they need to improve G Suite because this temporary block is not fair."
"The solution is not user-friendly and it doesn't integrate that well with Microsoft Office, which is one of the bigger business apps on the market, compared to Google Sheets and applications of that sort."
"I believe that Sheets could have a more functional and user-friendly interface. Google Sheets currently lacks macros and cross file links which can be found in Excel."
"Google could integrate Gemini AI with Google Workspace to enhance user experience."
"Google Workspace needs to be more flexible, like Microsoft Excel."
"I have had issues with my Google Address Book. I have an address book and it is available to everyone, but I cannot add additional users. In Microsoft Outlook, I could easily share certain contacts with other members of my team, but I cannot do so on G Suite."
"We have found that, with Teams, if you are including one more person who is not in the company ecosystem, supposedly I'm inviting them as a guest in the chat. However, when I do that, I can't share files."
"Security is still complex, but the admin console improving."
"In terms of improvement, it should have tutorials when you first have the opportunity to use it, to be able to really learn it."
"They should do more testing before product releases."
"I'd like to see them add more features in the future in order to continue to advance the product."
"Using Office 365 is not that flexible on some mobile devices, like Android."
"Their support is so terrible and unusable except during dire emergencies."
"Could include integration with other single sign-on solutions."

Pricing and Cost Advice

"Careful consideration should be given to the different licensing options and provisions should be made for additional applications that may be required for your particular business."
"It's cheaper to run a couple of users in a Google platform than what it would be with Microsoft Exchange."
"The price per client within the business is too high."
"It's low in cost as compared to Office 365. There is an annual licensing cost."
"The price of Google Workspace is reasonable. I pay less than 100 a month."
"Pricing is something concerning. We find the solution very expensive."
"The pricing is reasonable."
"We receive value for the price that we pay."
"For the moment, we are paying on a monthly basis because we are still adapting the support and how we want to proceed. I think we will move to paying for the annual license."
"The pricing is not really high, but one can get the software with the license key for free."
"We have a license to use this solution. We have an E3 license which covers many different solutions."
"The pricing is high and has actually caused us to limit the number of licenses we purchase due to budgeting."
"The pricing/licensing is easy to manage."
"Good reporting and good value subscriptions for international calls."
"The pricing is good for all the features that we receive, e.g., Skype for Business."
"I think that we pay $9.99 USD per user, monthly."
