Effortlessly manage relationships with seamless contact data integration
The primary area to improve is creating deployable packages. When I buy into HubSpot, I have a list of checks, however, I am left to figure out how to use it. I start with a budget, and it's just a persistent sales demand. HubSpot should establish some pre-deployable packages that, when contracted, offer basic functionality. It is important to be clear about what it doesn't provide or what else is needed. I can outfit myself with my own tools or other options as I evaluate the board. They are building businesses for themselves. However, there's always a limiting function encountered. Understanding limitations upon entry would be beneficial so I don't constantly stumble upon unknown constraints. A package covering everything in a particular area without requiring the entire purchase would be excellent.

Has 360 degree customer view but needs to improve workflow
Because Salesforce is a cloud solution, sometimes we have issues with speed. We experience a lot of delays. The data queries are at times separated and do not match properly. To obtain insights from data, we need to map or match the datasets and define the relationships between them. However, in Salesforce it is very difficult to define relationships between datasets. They do not provide any customization features; they are all global/standard. Because the sales department needs many functions to deal with sales or government policies, like taxes, they cannot develop the features in OCE. As a result, we cannot provide Salesforce as a single solution. The workflow process is not complete. They need to achieve more knowledge and experience in this industry.

Quotes from Members

We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use. Here are some excerpts of what they said:

Pros

"We get a good overview of where everything is in the pipeline."
"The most valuable feature of HubSpot CRM is the sequences of sales automation. It allows you to set up a bunch of leads into a sequence, and it automatically generates emails that you can customize on the fly. For example, here's the phone call in the morning, the phone call in the afternoon, the email you sent, and the link to the message you sent."
"I am working in a small company. We have a sales teams that consist of 10 people. HubSpot CRM is scalable and easy to use."
"HubSpot CRM has the most reliable and user-friendly options."
"The feature that I find valuable is the customer 360-degree view and the marketing automation."
"The most valuable features of HubSpot CRM are ease of use, lead generation, and follow-up leads. Additionally, there are a lot of connectors to other solutions, such as Jira and Slack. Whether it's a scrum tool or the ticketing tool, it has a connector."
"It is quite customizable if I know what I am doing."
"Stability-wise, I rate the solution a ten out of ten."
"I've found the customer 360 degree view to be valuable."

Cons

"HubSpot CRM should include better scanning of business cards and getting content in."
"HubSpot CRM is easy to use compared to others solutions and anyone can use it. However, for enterprise companies, I would recommend Salesforce because it has established partners, can be more reliable, has more features, and has a more powerful integration with ERP modules which is important for enterprise companies. For multi-locations and multinational companies, Salesforce is one of the best."
"When the system fails to load data, the error messages are not user-friendly and can be confusing."
"Right now, HubSpot CRM fills my needs. The solution is good for marketing, and you can schedule when you want your ads and your emails to be sent out to your clients. You can track your client pipeline, you can see who viewed your messages and who hasn't, etc. I feel that HubSpot CRM is adequate for my need, but if the solution has the functionality of not needing to input your password every single time you log into the platform, then that would make it better. If that could be incorporated into the new version of HubSpot CRM, then the solution would go a long way."
"The primary area to improve is creating deployable packages. When I buy into HubSpot, I have a list of checks, however, I am left to figure out how to use it."
"The scoring functionality in Salesforce is better. HubSpot CRM should improve its scoring feature."
"From the perspective of continuous improvements needed in the product, I would want the tool to be able to pull out more information about clients."
"We wanted to discover a list of clients that spend an average amount with us, and we just don't have that answer at this time. There just aren't enough answers being provided for the questions we have, and that's a real downside."
"Because Salesforce is a cloud solution, sometimes we have issues with speed. We experience a lot of delays."

Pricing and Cost Advice

"There are a few licensing payment models, such as annual or monthly. The solution is modular, which means that if you need a specific capability or function within the organization, you can purchase it specifically and you don't have to purchase something that is only utilized by 20 percent of the organization."
"It's in the upper range. If 10 represents the most expensive, I'd rate it a 7 out of 10. Its price also depends on the size of your team."
"The cost of HubSpot CRM is less than the cost of Freshsales."
"We use a paid version of Hubspot and we have an annual license."
"The pricing is reasonable."
"The pricing for this solution is user based. We're paying $39 to $45 per user."
"We are using HubSpot CRM’s free version."
"The pricing is in a midrange if you line up the marketing tools."
"OCE is less expensive than Veeva, for instance."
