Flexible, stable and offers comprehensive feature set, including core CRM functionalities like lead management and marketing automation
It's good. We haven't had to escalate issues to them often. They have a support team and a community forum where you can ask questions or find answers. The community is great – we've almost always found answers to our questions there, especially regarding the API. We got in touch with customer service and support once or twice. Once was when they were deprecating a feature by a certain date, and we needed to extend the timeline for us because we couldn't meet that deadline. They were very accommodating and readily extended it for us by a couple of months. And another time, there was some technical question. And they were fine. They did help. It was okay.

Good management, keeps us organized, and an easy to use interface
Nimble sometimes slows down the progress of any work or project we have pending as it lacks the customization to manage the task through the work dashboard. We are missing updates to the marketing report generation and the same in the continuous monitoring. The cloud fails many times as we have tried to save documents or progress, and it does not do it, and that leads to losing important information. Nimble is an effective CRM for our business. It is ideal for managing our customers and employees. In particular, it supports business relationship development and leads tracking to maintain control. Nimble has a central repository for all our contact information on our phones and desktops. Through this tool, we can manage our prospect and customer data.

Pros

"The ability to track revenue and complete forecasting has been the most valuable feature."
"The tool is user-friendly."
"It's fairly simple to use. For configuration, it provides quite a bit of information to the salespeople at the fingertips."
"The permission system is great, so you can really decide who gets what permissions."
"It avoids creating duplicate records by updating Salesforce automatically when changes occur in HubSpot CRM."
"Hubspot CRM also lets you make calls and send emails directly."
"The solution's most valuable features stem mostly from the sequencing of marketing automation."
"The initial setup process is straightforward."
"The interface is easy to use and has many features, such as email marketing and ad management, live chat, and more."
"It is a fast and reliable solution."
"It's easy to configure and easy to create a data source or replicate it to another one."

Cons

"The mobile application for HubSpot CRM could improve. There are a lot of weaknesses and limitations. Salesforce.com's mobile application is much better."
"From the perspective of continuous improvements needed in the product, I would want the tool to be able to pull out more information about clients."
"HubSpot CRM could be flexible and customizable."
"I believe it's tailored for companies that are well-lined up for inbound sales. They have rich content, and they can generate leads and capture leads on all the channels and websites, but if you are focusing on or depending on outbounds, it lacks the capabilities that are being offered by companies that focus on outreach, such as Salesloft or Outreach. It mainly lacks cadences for salespeople."
"HubSpot CRM could improve by reducing the price."
"The product is not very scalable."
"HubSpot CRM integration needs improvement."
"It will make it easier for us to automate if HubSpot would put in a little bit of work on the properties."
"The solution should improve its replication groups' verification confirmation."
"The product has a security flaw."
"Nimble sometimes slows down the progress of any work or project we have pending as it lacks the customization to manage the task through the work dashboard."
