A scalable solution which is easy to install and use
I do not use the solution personally as I am not the end-user. It is merely one of the solutions that we offer to our customers. We act as consultants, solution providers. We have around 60 customers who are using the solution. I would, for sure, recommend the solution to others. I consider the profile of the project to be quite good at the moment. I rate Another Monday as a nine out of ten.

Significantly reduces manual effort and improves team workflows through automated ticketing
We've used Agent Builder, IXP, and Maestro for orchestration. We have created context-grounded searches or chatbots using context grounding, and we also use context grounding within an Agentic flow where a bot or agent reads ServiceNow tickets to determine whether it has been assigned to the right work group. If it has not been assigned correctly due to human error, it automatically reassigns it to the right group. I would assess Agentic AI's ability to extract data points as effective. We created an agent for the purpose of extracting data, though not in a document. We created what we call an email conversation agent that engages with a customer, vendor, or someone in an email conversation with a set goal of extracting specific data points for an action to be performed subsequently. The one automation we have deployed in production involves the agent interacting with team members to collect data points and create a ServiceNow ticket. We appreciate almost all features of UiPath Platform, with one of the most successful ones being the use of Coms Mining. Most of the new features related to AI have all been good, and we use Agentic. We have already created a few agents and have started to use Maestro for a few flows, though we are not yet there to orchestrate an end-to-end workflow. We have good ROI from the automations we have developed with UiPath Platform, which far exceeds the investment in the platform. It has saved us tens of thousands of hours in manual effort, making the team members happy to pursue other things of value.

Quotes from Members

We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use. Here are some excerpts of what they said:

Pros

"The initial setup is very quick."
"The solution is very easy to use."
"Document Understanding has been particularly helpful, and so has UiPath's ability to interface with other applications. AI is the next phase. Document Understanding can only process about half the documents that come in. We need the AI component to start helping so that the half we can't process has a methodology on what needs to be done with it."
"It has mainly taken the load off of employees. We had a huge amount of tasks which weren't being done. It provides our employees time to do their other work, since we automated very manual things."
"The scalability is great! There are several use cases already and an endless possibility of areas where UiPath/RPA can be leveraged."
"In terms of ROI, we are saving more than what the platform costs us. We are at about 1.5 million in savings due to a recent automation. It was a little less than that before. These are soft savings and don't show up on balance sheets. We're trying to work toward automations that actually do lead to hard savings. We've saved about 43,000 hours in a year so far."
"The solution is very user-friendly and easy to use. It comes with pre-built automation. The tutorials are very helpful."
"Via UiPath, we were able to save a workload equivalent of multiple FTEs, which can now be directed at other more important tasks."
"We saw benefits with the first automation that was implemented, because it started to work and free people from routine work, within the first second of the automation working."
"The most valuable feature is image processing. It's something I use daily when I need to do some work on a VM remotely. Image processing enables me to locate the connectors and click to perform my job or task."

Cons

"The solution should come with language customization, which would simplify its use for our customers."
"The solution should come with language customization, which would simplify its use for our customers."
"Since we've been with them, they've changed their licensing structure. It would be nice to have one set structure where they're not changing the structure on us because we were set with what we had, but now we are changing."
"Its deployment is easy but there is a learning curve in the beginning. Its onboarding isn't easy, and there is no onboarding guidance. They need to take more care of the onboarding guidance and improve it. It is user-friendly for me and for most people, but for people who have zero programming knowledge, it is hard. They have to turn to the community and other places for knowledge."
"The licensing is excessive with UiPath Platform. They have an Insights license, Robot license, and a development license. It seems you need a license to do anything different on the platform and that's frustrating."
"These days, document understanding costs can be very high, so we've implemented it only for two or three customers. It can be very costly for clients, even though the functionality is very good."
"It needs to be improved in the workflow debug. Currently it does not allow to modify the values in the variables."
"As things become more and more data-heavy and accessing other people's products and managing things, like obtaining the data through APIs, it feels like there could be a lot more for them to do, to make interacting with data or manipulating simple things like text strings."
"They're just starting to add a lot of AI functionality, so there's definitely room for improvements in leveraging the latest AI technologies - like GPT, et cetera."
"We use intelligent automation for things like document processing. There is a validation center where the ML model extracts some values, and we can validate if it's correct. That aspect could be improved a little. The percentage of values extracted without validation could be increased. It's currently an attended process, but they should give you the option of making it unattended."

Pricing and Cost Advice

"There is no licensing fee for our customers."
"The pricing is transparent, and the best part is that they have the Community version, so there isn't anything to hide. You can try the cloud version. They offer plenty of time, two months, for a trial."
"The pricing is very good. The license does not have to be in a bundle, like in other competitor products. You only have to purchase at least 10 from the beginning, for one year."
"For the features and the quality of features that they provide, it's a very reasonably priced product."
"UiPath is expensive."
"The pricing is fair."
"UiPath's licensing could be cheaper and more dynamic. The licensing can sometimes feel high, especially for smaller companies, but generally, the pricing is reasonable when considering the time saved and corresponding costs."
"UiPath is priced for the market and is even better considering the value it brings."
"At the company that I was with previously, we were paying $3,600 USD per bot. With the new company that I am at, because we're new and we don't have the size, we are paying $8,000 USD per bot."
