A highly scalable solution empowered with an AI-driven network management system
I use the solution to pull videos from buses in a bus terminus The bus drivers were not declaring ticket sales done on the bus. The solution helps us to know exactly how many tickets they've sold and how much money they've collected. It doesn't allow the drivers to steal money from the bus…

Reliable solution, fast deployment and easy to scale
I had a site down in my area. A lightning storm burned up eight of them. They seem very good, but all the Meraki's I've been dealing with, they've had bad firmware issues. So I had to go to all my sites, and they're all down. I had to walk them through, so it cost me hours of time dealing with that. So, bad firmware where things would just drop out and stop working with Meraki. So they obviously don't do enough testing for as expensive as their stuff is. And that's different from Omada. Omada is more stable. You spend $50,000 something on Meraki equipment. I get $200 on an AP for Omada, or maybe less than that. And you're paying $1,400 or $1,200 for a Cisco AP. So I can buy six of them for one Meraki.

"The simplicity is great."
"The solution is stable."
"The most valuable feature of Juniper Wireless Access Points (AP Series) is the ability to troubleshoot ports on the network. Additionally, when there is an update on the APs they are able to reboot quickly reducing downtime. Other solutions have a longer downtime when updates are done."
"You can easily monitor, manage, and cover all your IT equipment."
"The most valuable feature of the solution stems from the fact that it is easy to deploy and reliable."
"We use Omada Access Points for the network and Wi-Fi."
"The most valuable feature of TP-Link Auranet EAP is its high performance."
"This product is easy to use."
"The solution's most valuable feature is its price."
"The solution has been dependable and has kept up with modern technology."
"The initial setup is not complicated."
"We don't have any issues 90 percent of the time. It works fine in most situations. It has been a success story for delivering WiFi services in Romania. Our customers are happy, and I've been satisfied with Omada's performance as an engineer."
"The solution is very easy to install."
"Great management interface."
"The ease of use and simplicity of the solution is its most valuable feature. This tool is best suited for small environments."
"There was a time when we were using Cisco switches and attempting to integrate Ubiquiti UniFi switches into our network infrastructure. Eventually, after some effort, we managed to understand the process. Initially, it was challenging to configure the unified console to manage virtual networks alongside internal networks effectively. We had to comprehend how both systems would integrate carefully. It became apparent that maximizing the usage of Cisco switches required a thorough understanding of how UniFi operates at the backend."
"The pricing is very competitive and the feature sets are very good. It compares well against more expensive options."
"You can save backups of this controller locally and then I can export it to wherever I want."
"Its most valuable feature is pricing."
"The solution has a lot of great features."

Cons

"They should include SD-WAN features to it."
"Juniper Mist Wireless Access Points’ support services need improvement."
"I need a bit more time with it before criticizing the features."
"The product should include adaptive Wi-Fi to show a more accurate location."
"The pricing is very high in the Indian market."
"Improving third-party integration is key for Juniper Mist's next release."
"Juniper Wireless Access Points (AP Series) could improve if the MIST platform had a built-in master key. This would be an advantage."
"Enrolling into the tool is a tedious process."
"Omada's ordering platform could be improved, though. Some of their distributors are a pain to work with."
"Aruba has better scaling capabilities."
"The technical support could be improved."
"There should be more remote support for the mobile application."
"There is room for wider improvements and additional features to enhance managing capabilities."
"We have some issues with stability. It is not so fast. That is the main problem."
"Omada could add some API integrations that would help with our automated solution. We're trying to integrate, and we're having some issues because some of the calls are not there. The API still needs some development."
"The price of the solution is an area requiring improvement since I want the solution to be made available at a cheaper price than its current market price."
"The logs are not detailed enough. You can't clearly see what is being blocked in Ubiquiti WLAN, making the troubleshooting process a little bit harder."
"The solution should support a larger bandwidth or distance between the access points and the main stations."
"The support needs improvement. The official support is kind of complex. It's not that straightforward compared to Cisco and Aruba."
"The strength of the signal from the access points could be improved."
"The solution should include and expand on a central management system."
"When they release new products, you should know if there backward compatibility, or do you have to replace the entire forklift, It is useful to understand their strategy and where they are headed."
"If they can integrate or release a single platform because, currently, there are two different platforms for switches and routers. So, maintaining just one unified platform, like, for example, unifying the models or brands, and avoiding separate platforms for edge switches, edge routers, and other Ubiquiti products, would simplify the integration and implementation process."
"I have found they need to work on the stability of the solution."
