A good and decent meeting platform that stores recordings of meetings
We use Zoho Meeting for booking meetings and demo calls for product review updates The most valuable feature of Zoho Meeting is how it stores recordings and how we can get those recordings by order. It may be a network issue, but sometimes the video gets blurred when we are on a Zoho Meeting…

Helped us tremendously in collaborating with each other and getting our work done and offers the breakout rooms feature.
We are a team located across various locations. Not in the same geographic location. We are distributed. And it's not possible to physically travel and meet people. Sometimes it's simply not possible. But Zoom has helped us tremendously in collaborating with each other and getting our work done. Without Zoom, it would have been very, very difficult. The breakout rooms feature is also helpful. For example, I have a meeting attended by hundreds of people and want to create subgroups. I typically use it for different role-play scenarios during training if we are trying to conduct some training on presentation skills. So there's a large group, which is initially trained by an instructor. Then you get instructions that the room will be split into smaller breakout rooms. I'll give you a topic, and you'll practice in these smaller groups. That's one way I use it. So it's like a simulation of a real brainstorming session I'd have in a physical space.

Quotes from Members

"I like the tool's video call feature."
"The most valuable feature of Zoho Meeting is how it stores recordings and how we can get those recordings by order."
"You can have multiple connections so that everybody can interact. You can change your background. If you're in your home and you don't want people to know what it looks like, you can pretty much change the background to any background that you want."
"The solution is stable and reliable."
"I'm using it only for meetings, and it is good for me. It provides options for remote control and screen sharing."
"The solution is easy to use and loads up documents for sharing."
"The ability to share graphics and visuals."
"The product's most valuable features are chat and video streaming."

Cons

"I would like to see a chat feature in the solution."
"They do not have phone support."
"It may be a network issue, but sometimes the video gets blurred when we are on a Zoho Meeting video call."
"Maybe the price could be lowered, but people will want a lower price forever."
"The solution needs to have a feature that allows you to take over another person's screen. right now, that's not possible. This is important for our purposes due to the act that we are often using the solution to troubleshoot issues for our clients. If we could just take over their screen and go in and fix issues, it would make troubleshooting infinitely easier."
"My company uses the Zoom security setting that requires the host to admit users. The host often forgets to do that, so you sometimes have a lot of people sitting out there. It would be nice if Zoom made it obvious that somebody is in the waiting room."
"The solution could improve by being more secure."
"One of the main concerns is the difficulty of using it on your mobile device."
"While the communication and video-audio conferencing features on Zoom are excellent, unlike Microsoft Teams, there is no direct integration with SharePoint. For us, that is the disadvantage of Zoom."
"If Zoom added the feature of Zoom Phone so that I can use it as a phone, it would be much better."
"The main issue with Zoom is its adoption in the business world compared to platforms like Teams."
"Password requirement for every meeting."

Pricing and Cost Advice

"Compared to other solutions, the price is not the lowest, but I can say it's competitive. My organization pays for a yearly license for Zoho."
"The product is not costly like other applications."
"In India, Professional Zoho Meeting for up to 10 participants costs INR 125 per month, and for up to 250 participants, it costs INR 750 per month if billed annually."
"There are no licensing fees required."
"For personal use, I use the free version of Zoom, so I haven't paid anything."
"The tool's pricing is reasonable. I think we get discounts as an organization."
"The personal version is free. However, there are fees required to use the solution for business."
"We do not incur any licensing costs, as we use the free version."
"Zoom is free."
"The exact costs are handled on a corporate level, however, I understand that if you just want to own a license for your small business or something like that, it's around $300 a year, which is very reasonable."
"We are using the free version of Zoom."
