Easy to set up with powerful features and good reliability
Pros and Cons
  • "The setup, via cloud, is simple."
  • "They could improve their UI and make everything more user-friendly."

What is our primary use case?

We've used the product for some single sign-on use cases.

What is most valuable?

The features are really powerful. They provide really good SSO & MFA features and implementation capability.

They're also providing some kind of MDM solution, which is the IDA solution. It is the plus actually in this context.

It is stable.

The setup, via cloud, is simple.

You can scale the product.

What needs improvement?

They could improve their UI and make everything more user-friendly.

They're providing artificial intelligence and they're using the UBA. However, this part can be more effective.

For how long have I used the solution?

I've used the solution for one year. It has been a very short time.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

It is very stable. It's reliable. There are no bugs or glitches. It doesn't crash or freeze.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

It's scalable on the AWS provider.

How are customer service and support?

I've never escalated any questions to technical support yet.

How would you rate customer service and support?

Positive

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?

I always prefer CyberArk.

If you talk about the Turkish market, CyberArk has an excellent reputation in Turkey. And Other SSO providers and CyberArk Identity are very similar solutions. They are providing the same thing. That said, CyberArk has a really good reputation in Turkey. That's why customers always prefer CyberArk in this 4D market.

How was the initial setup?

It is on the cloud. There is not any infrastructure to deal with. That's why it's actually very easy.

The maintenance is provided by CyberArk. It's a cloud solution, so maintenance is easy. Just you should review your integrations.

What about the implementation team?

We're an implementor. We can set up the solution for clients.

What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

They have flexible licenses based on use-cases.

What other advice do I have?

I am an implementer.

We're using a cloud-based version and therefore, I'm always on the latest version.

CyberArk is very easy. New users can use it in their environment as an MFA provider or a single sign-on provider. If you check the competition between other solutions, CyberArk is providing the identity security with more quality.

Which deployment model are you using for this solution?

Public Cloud

If public cloud, private cloud, or hybrid cloud, which cloud provider do you use?

A stable solution for accessing on-premises active directory
Pros and Cons
  • "The feature that we find most valuable is the ability to integrate multiple IDs for on-premises Active Directory."
  • "We would like to see an improvement in the ability to manage mobile devices."

What is our primary use case?

We are still testing this solution, but our main use case is for integrating multiple IDs for the on-premise Active Directory.

How has it helped my organization?

We have been testing this solution for approximately one year, but it is not yet in production.

What is most valuable?

The feature that we find most valuable is the ability to integrate multiple IDs for on-premise Active Directory.

What needs improvement?

This solution has MDM (Mobile Device Management) features, but they are weak. We would like to see an improvement in the ability to manage mobile devices.

I think that there is a weak point in the Japanese market because they currently do not have a service person in Japan.

For how long have I used the solution?

Trial/evaluations only.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

We haven't encountered any problems with respect to the stability of this solution. It is very stable.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

I do not think that scalability is a problem, but I have not had experience with a very large scale implementation.

How are customer service and technical support?

Their technical support is very good. The response time is not too great, although they can respond in a very short time by email.

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?

We used to use another product, but it did not have the necessary features. This is why we switched to using and selling Idaptive.

How was the initial setup?

The initial setup for this solution was very straightforward. It only took one day to deploy.

What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

We find that the pricing and licensing of this solution is adequate, as compared to the other competitors in the market.

What other advice do I have?

The product is good, but they have a weakness in the Japanese market without a service person.

I would rate this solution eight out of ten.
