IBM Lotus is good but there is other, better software available with much better pricing, and value-added functionality and features.

Its rapid development capabilities for workflows are cost-effective, reducing the need for multiple platforms. However, it requires enhancements in DKIM, DMARC support, and integration with Microsoft 365. Large database scalability, cloud migration, and an improved reporting engine are areas for development to better serve tech buyers.
