For us the installation was easy. However, we are an IT company that understands what we are doing. I would consider the solution not to be easy to install if someone does not have the experience.

The price of the solution is a bit high and could be reduced.

Never had a need to call customer service.

It was a pretty similar standard to what you would get somewhere else.

Yes, and we switched because NetIQ was easy to work, and low time to market.

I would recommend this product, Its quite flexible and quick to start with.
